Reliable and professional service

Incredible Masai Mara Experience with P.M.S
Our Maasai Mara safari with Precious Memories Safaris was simply amazing! The entire trip was beautifully organized from start to finish. What made it even more memorable was the thrilling moment in Masai Mara when we had a (cheetah 🐆) come right in front of our safari jeep, prowling around looking for its next hunt. Our guide was very professional and made sure we felt safe while enjoying such a rare sight. We were able to easily see the Big Five, stay in a wonderful lodge, and enjoy great food. Precious Memories tailored the entire trip to our preferences and budget. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience!

A safari that touched my heart
From the moment we landed in Nairobi, Precious Memories impressed us with its royal hospitality. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish - especially the stay in the luxurious tents of the Maasai Mara. Our guide, Peter, was amazingly knowledgeable, and in just two days we had seen the Big Five! She even organized a surprise sundown for my husband's birthday. A trip like this has never been done before. A memory to cherish for a lifetime. I strongly recommend it.

I had the most unforgettable experience with Precious Memories Safaris! Whenever we have contacted them, they have been very professional and have shown the reception according to our needs. I've visited Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and each destination was hard to believe without seeing eye to eye. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly; he did everything to make our trip easy and comfortable. The atmosphere was great, and the wildlife was amazing. It's highly recommended for everyone!

A wonderful combination of natural beauty and impeccable service. Some journeys in life leave a lasting impression on the heart - our recent safari to Kenya and Tanzania was one such experience. The people who deserve the most credit for this are the great team at Precious Memories Safaris. From the planning phase of the trip to the sunset of each day, everything was so carefully and orderly that we had nothing to worry about. Our emails were answered in a timely manner. Purity was with us from start to finish - not just a customer service representative, but a trusted travel companion. Answering every question, removing every uncertainty - all done with a smile and professionalism. Accommodations were comfortable, eco-friendly, and full of detail - from USB chargers to solar-powered hot water and even equipment tailored to the special needs of guests. In such an arrangement, it is understood that this company sells not only tourism but also experiences. On the way to the safari, when the lions were roaring, the giraffes were swaying in the soft breeze, and the sun was setting on the horizon - we realized that we were right there with the company. I'm waiting to come back again.

Awesome Experience and Very Informative
The trip was excellent from start to finish and over exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We went to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. Our guide Edward was everything we could have asked for.
We cannot recommend this tour operator highly enough and we would absolutely book with them once more!

Fantastic Safari Operator, Exceeded our expectations!
We visited Kenya for the third time one and a half weeks ago & I must first say, we absolutely love the country! We had contacted several companies to help us in our travel plans and fortunately, Precious Memories Safaris was the first to get back to us. Purity, our contact person was always quick to respond and we finally settled on the 10 days Kenya Tanzania Safari since we also wanted to visit Tanzania. She made sure all our hotel, transport and domestic flights bookings went smoothly & in short made our entire safari experience very pleasant.
Martin, our driver guide in Kenya, was amazing and went out of his way to ensure we got the best wildlife sightings. He was calm, professional & friendly. He was definitely one of the best guides we ever had in our life. On the other hand, Charles in Tanzania was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and landscape and within the first day, we we’re able to spot all the big five within the first day of our Tanzania safari. All the accommodation options we chose we’re very beautiful. They had proper sockets & USB chargers for simplicity & they had essential oil toiletries & hot water bottles. Sarova Mara Game Camp & Acacia Central Serengeti Camp even had feminine hygiene products which shows they think of all of their client's needs. Things like that show they pay attention. And in Tulia Camp, when we went for dinner, they had run out of food. But immediately, they asked what we wanted to eat and the chef made it, and gave us drinks. When we went to pay for the drink, they didn't let us because we had to wait for the food. We completely didn't mind and insisted that we pay. But they refused because they said it is their job to make sure each guest is looked after. It's the proactive details and attitude like that which makes a difference.
Precious Memories is the best company we have ever worked with. My friends & I are planning a safari again in 2025 and we will definitely reach out to them again.

Very Organized & 100% Service Delivery
We booked a day trip last month with Precious Memories Safaris to Nairobi National Park & they delivered beyond what we imagined. We were 15 people in two safari land cruisers and both vehicles we’re in clean and spacious.
Purity was our coordinator and she was super helpful! She always answered our questions promptly & patiently & made sure everything ran smoothly. In a nutshell, we got was everything that was promised.
Our driver guides Sam & Edward were keen to ensure we had a good experience even though we only had a few hours in the park. They picked us up on time thus we got there early enough to see lions, giraffes and crocodiles. They were very enthusiastic, warm and professional and assisted us in understanding the animals better. They definitely made our trip wonderful.
Although short, our trip was unforgettable & we can’t wait to come back and go for more trips with Precious Memories Safaris.

Excellent tour operator!
A very memorable experience!
I did tremendous research on the best tour operators before booking my February Kenya safari. And during that period, a friend of mine recommended Precious Memories Safaris since she had booked a safari with them last month. I’m glad I settled with this company because it was a life changing experience.
From the start, Purity in the office was incredible! She suggested various safari packages that would work for me and my family & we finally found what we were looking for. Despite the numerous questions we asked her, she remained calm, friendly and professional. And we were so glad that she sacrificed her time to come and meet us on our travel day. Our driver Edward was amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He really did his best and never got tired of answering all our questions. My kids really loved him and keep on mentioning him even after we went back home! We really hope see Edward again the next time we are in Kenya:)
