Amazing
5/5

We have been to Uganda many times but TAFARI SAFARI showed us sites and cultural events we have never heard of. Animals, vistas, dancing, waterfalls, great coffee, more animals, and a few bumpy roads!

Thanks TAFARI!

Dream Honeymoon!
5/5

Our experience with Tafari Safaris was unforgettable from start to finish. The team was exceptionally communicative, answering all of our questions ahead of time and making us feel confident and cared for before we even arrived.

Our guide, Smith, was an absolute joy — warm, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable. He somehow made long drives feel fun, teaching us about the local economy, culture, and daily life along the way. One of our favorite moments was visiting a local market with him, where we got a glimpse into real Ugandan life.

Of course, the gorilla trek in Bwindi was the highlight — truly a dream come true. The team on the ground was professional, kind, and made us feel incredibly safe throughout the experience. We’re especially grateful to our porter, William, who was a total hero and made sure I stayed upright in the mud more times than I can count!

We can’t recommend Tafari Safaris and Smith highly enough — it was the perfect way to kick off our honeymoon.

Exceptional Safari Experience in Queen Elizabeth National Park
5/5

Our safari in Uganda was absolutely unforgettable! The tour operator went out of their way to design a trip tailored exactly to our interests, and we were blown away by the variety and quality of experiences included.

Based in Queen Elizabeth National Park, we enjoyed the best of both worlds: classic game drives and lodge experiences alongside unique, immersive activities that gave us a true sense of Ugandan life and culture. Highlights included:

• A day in the village, visiting a coffee farm where we roasted beans and brewed our own coffee.

• Experiencing bee harvesting and learning about salt mining.

• Staying at an Ankole cow farm — a special glimpse into local traditions.

• Visiting the CTC Conservation Center, where we had the once-in-a-lifetime chance to interact with animals up close, especially the lion cubs.

What impressed us most was how much was included for the value. The balance of wildlife, cultural activities, and personal attention far exceeded our expectations, and every day felt rich with discovery and adventure.

If you’re considering a safari in Uganda, I cannot recommend this tour operator enough. They provide not just a safari, but an immersive journey through the wildlife, culture, and heart of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
