My safari tour was amazing and i made memories that last for a lifetime!
I went on a 3 Day trip on the 9th, 10th and 11th of March. The flight from Zanzibar to Tanzania was smooth. From the airstrip i went to the Slow Leopard Lodge. The arrival there was super friendly and the service was amazing. All the food en drinks where super fresh. You could ask for everything! The first day was a game drive and i was in great hands of the driver Goodluck. He was amazing behind the wheel, what a driver! And my guide Shukran has an answer on all your questions about wildlife! The second day was a trip on the river that also was an amazing experience with all the animals you see there and the beautiful nature that surrounds you. The third was also a game drive and again with Shukran and Goodluck. Those 2 are amazing! Also special thanks to Deo and Reinie for arranging a mindblowing 3 day trip! Everything was taken care of really good and everything you want to do, even if it is extra, is open to discussion. Thank you all so much for the memory of a lifetime.

I liked the experience but my only disapointment was not seeing any leopard.

We understand your dissapointment about not seeing the leoppard. However, it's wildlife. And especially leopards are very rare to see, in every national park. They are primarily nocturnal and have a solitary existence, which makes it very hard to "find" them. Luckily you could enjoy many other animals.

Fantastic
We had a full day of safari the first day, the driver and guide did a very good jobb explaining and show us the animal. It was an amazing experians. Am Abdallah and muhidini Was our guide 😃 the second day we was visiting Masai people, it was very intresting and a good experians. Then we were in the boat safari, Perfect to look closer to the hippo 😍 we had a really good time here!

Unforgettable whale shark safari
So grateful for Deo Safaris for offering the possibility of a 1-day trip from Zanzibar to Mafia Island for whale shark safari. Not many companies do this and typically you are recommended to go via the main land, which would have eaten up too much of our time. They turned out to be very helpful, and arranged transfer back and forth to our hotel in Nungwi. The whale shark safari itself was an unforgettable experience, where we managed to get up close to a whale shark.
We had booked a specific date at first, but the weather turned out to not be with us as the flight to Mafia Island got cancelled. However, we were offered a full refund or a new date to which we picked a new date. But all in all proof of how helpful and easy to communicate with they are, and which made for an even better experience!

Reliable, responsive and always available
We were lucky enough to use this company for one day Nyerere safari from Zanzibar. Company's representative Reinie is amazing in explaining everything patiently, always answering all questions and being super reliable. This experience was flawless plus we were super lucky as we saw so many animals just in 8 hours - lions(!), elephants, wild dogs, hippos, crocodiles, pumbas, giraffes and zebras, antelopes and monkeys, so many beautiful birds and butterflies. We saw also beautiful landscapes and huuuuge baobab tree. It was really great.

Great experience and communication.
I booked the whale shark snorkeling with round trip travel from Zanzibar to Mafia Island in the same day with Deo Safaris. The experience was amazing getting to swim with a whale shark. Communication and the overall process of getting to the location where the snorkeling boats were on Mafia Island was very smooth. I would recommend booking with this company, I definitely would again.

Great service to our fullest satisfaction
We booked a day trip from Zanzibar to Mikumi Park. To make it short: everything went absolutely smoothly thanks to the efforts of Reinie. All aspects of the trip where met exactly as described. Reinie checked on us before the trip and was available even on the day of the trip. The trip itself was great as well. In the park we were expected by our guide and driver who made great efforts to make us watch all the animals we were looking for.
We can only recommend Trvl with Deo and would be happy to book with them once we’re back in Tanzania.
