Lovely nature and tour, but rather badly organized
Unfortunately I can't give a rating that is too well.
First of all, we booked this tour as it promised an early-morning gamedrive in Amboseli, which unfortunately did not happen. When reaching out to the office, they did not even apologize.
Moreover, the organization of the tour was rather bad. It always took forever dropping all the people of at the different camps, and the people were told super weird times for pickup. The next camp was not even 5 min away from ours, but they told them to be ready 20 min later than us. So no wonder that we then had to wait for 15 min at there camp.
Moreover, during our trip, basically all the people changed in between, so you always had new people join in.
Also the end was quite annonying, as everyone was brought to their hotel in Nairobi, instead of bringing everyone to the office first, and then bringing them to the hotels from there (as was done on the first day).

Amazing experience
Safari with Jungleroam was a really impressive experience, even better than I expected.
We saw lots of animals, most of them from just a few meters.
Thanks of course to our guide Salomon, who very kindly showed and explained to us the secrets of the sabana! Our group highly recommend him!

Great
The tour was absolutely worth it. We saw so many animals, everything! And we were so close to all of them. Solomon the tour guide was the best, so nice and explaining us everything. It was an incredible experience, something to do at least once in a life time. Food and accommodation were great too.

Solomon was an outstanding guide
He was always attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the safari. Thanks to him, we were able to see all the animals we hoped for.
He has an incredible knowledge of wildlife, birds, and vegetation, and he explained everything in a clear and engaging way. His passion and professionalism truly enhanced the entire experience.

Absolutely amazing! Unforgettable
We highly recommend doing the safari with Jungleroam Safari, especially thanks to our guide Solomon, the best guide we could have had. He has almost 20 years of experience doing safaris and gave us information on all kinds of fauna and flora, culture, education, politics and anything else we wanted to ask him. He was always flexible, attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. With him, we managed to see the Big Five and many more, such as cheetahs and leopards. He also went into great detail about birds, as one of the group had a special interest in this subject. Always looking for the best spot, he is undoubtedly the best! He made this experience an unforgettable dream. We are eternally grateful!

Success across the board
Although it was low season in the Masai Mara Nationalpark, there was plenty and an incredible variety of wildlife. Fantastic! SafariRoam was uncomplicated, flexible, quick, and very friendly from start to finish. Everything went perfectly! A heartfelt thank goes to our guide Caleb, who, thanks to his experience and driving skills, always found the best spots.

Amazing tour guide
This safari was special because of our guide. He went out of his way to place us at the right spots at the right time, so we experienced the best moments Maasai Mara has to offer. Safe driving, great stories, and a seamless return to the airport. Couldn’t have asked for more 🌍🦒
