Small local company with personal service
First of all, we are happy that we booked and supported a small local company from Arusha!
We went on a 4-day safari. Started in Tarangire followed it up with almost 2 days in Serengeti and completed it in the Ngorongoro Crater.
3 nights with 2 out of 3 very good lodges. The first lodge was not fulfilling our expectations. As we for example heard rats on the roofs but as mentioned the last two lodges were very very good!
The tour itself was amazing, we saw a lot of wild animals such as Hyenas, Cheetahs, Elephants, Lions, Giraffes and luckily 3 Rhinos. And also the great migration.
Our tour guide had a lot of knowledge and huge interest of the wild life and the nature.
The tour guide was good but might need some more experience that eventually will come with the age.
He was driving very fast especially in narrow downhills which made smoke occur from the tires/brakes pad, other guides pointing it out to him but it happened again and again.
Sometimes we had to wait until he finished personal calls before moving on.
The quote was not completely correct when it came to the tipping. We quoted for 2 ppl and it said one price but when we met up we got info about another price since the price in the quote was for a group and not for 2 ppl.
There were also beer included in the quote which wasn't received. Even though we asked our tour guide we did not receive it.
When arriving at the airport we had to wait for our contact person that should arrive any time according to the tour guide, however we waited for 1h and no-show. A staff member from the airport came out and discussed with our tour guide. We didn't get to know what it was about but we figured something was wrong. Since there were short of time to our departure(1h) and we felt something was wrong we had to leave and check-in before our contact person came. We then found out our flight had been re-schedueld and we were about to miss our flight. Luckily the airport staff made an exception and let us in with only 30min to depature (we also had a checked-in bag).
Kiliclimb has received the feedback and said they will check their routines. Hopefully it will not be an issue for upcoming tours.
Despite all of this we are very happy we booked our trip with Kiliclimb Africa Safaris. And we would like to thank them for this experience and for the gift we was given.
The way they communicated and provided us with necessary information were one of the reasons why we booked our trip with them, along with their great reviews!

Amazing team and amazing experience for our honey moon
An unforgettable experience! This safari exceeded all our expectations. The kiliclimb team is awesome. We have traveled with kiliclimb for our honey moon and they were beyond what we asked for. We were lucky to see an incredible variety of animals, including the big five, Terry the guide was perfect very vey nice guy with high values, spending 5 days with him was incredible, he was passionate and extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and ecosystem. The landscapes were breathtaking, and every moment spent in nature felt magical. A truly exceptional trip that we highly recommend! Big up to Moises and the team.

Kiliclimb treat you like friends more than clients
I highly recommend Kiliclimb. They did a great job in terms of service team, technical support, hard and soft details. I especially praise and recommend team leader Baraka, who provided us with great help and encouragement in reaching the summit, and also had strong team management skills. Incredible hiking adventure with wonderful people
We had an incredible experience hiking the Lemosho route with kiliclimb Africa safaris. I can’t praise all of the staff highly enough. Starting with the office team that answered our many questions in the lead up to the hike. Then we had a very thorough briefing session where they checked all of our gear the day before our hike started to make sure we had everything we needed! Then came the fun part! It felt like a 5 star hiking experience as our camp was set up daily by the porters and our guides made sure to keep us entertained with stories and information about the surrounding area, animals and plants. Our chef, Chaz, was incredible as he catered to our vegetarian diet and cooked delicious food. An unexpected highlight was the pizza he cooked fresh on the mountain! Another thing that really set kiliclimb apart was that they set up a table for tea and snacks every day at the halfway point of our hike. It was always at a beautiful viewpoint and was such a luxury! The hike itself was incredible and our guides were always encouraging us, particularly on summit day, where they helped us achieve a dream of getting to the top of Africa. We always felt like we were being well looked after and it was obvious that safety was the number one priority of the entire team as we made our way to the top. Lastly, they were also very competitively priced and we felt as though we got very good value for our money!
Amazing experience climbing Mount Meru!
We had an amazing experience climbing Mount Meru with Kiliclimb! Right from the start, they were professional and very responsive over email, and were more than happy to answer all our questions in the lead up to the trek. We also really appreciated having a briefing and gear check the day before.
The 4 day trek was an amazing experience (would recommend 4 days, the final day was a mini walking safari!). Everyone was so lovely and helpful, and really made sure we were looked after the whole way. The food was also incredible! Overall it was a wonderful experience, great value and would highly recommend Kiliiclimb to anyone!!

PERFECT! Best price for a luxury safari.
I have just completed a 4-day safari and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kiliclimb tours. Everything was perfect. From the moment I communicated with Naite, she took excellent care of me and provided exceptional communication. I preferred to customize my Safari and stay at different lodges, and she made all the arrangements for me without any problem.
Naite, Moses, and my guide Ombeni met me at my hotel on the first morning and gave me a very good detailed briefing about the next 4-days. They were extremely friendly, and I felt that they really cared about me and wanted to make sure I had an excellent time.
After the briefing, Ombeni and I were off onto the safari for the next 4 days. Ombeni did an amazing job explaining a lot of the region in Tanzania, the history, the places we would be visiting, and a lot of interesting facts about the animals. Ombeni did an amazing job at making sure he put our vehicle in the best possible position to get the best view of the animals. He had an incredible vision to spot animals so far away and maneuver to get close to them.
The lodges were incredible. Naite helped me stay at some of the most beautiful, 5-star lodges that served amazing meals, very clean tents, and very well kept properties. The lodges had everything anyone could ask for.
Here is what makes Kiliclimb so much better than other companies.
1. Every night and every morning, Naite would message me to check-in and ask how the day was and make sure everything was going smooth. Very nice personal touch. This company takes the well-being of their clients very seriously and they display incredible care for their clients.
2. We saw many other “luxury” safari companies providing their clients boxed lunches while out on game drives. Not Kiliclimb. All 4 days of the safari, Ombeni would receive a fully cooked lunch from the lodge and would set up an amazing picnic somewhere safe in the parks. He would set up a small table with chairs, very nice plates and silverware, and we would share incredible traditional African meals consisting of different types of meats, vegetables, rice, and fresh fruit. Kiliclimb also provided plenty of bottled water, different types of sodas, and even beers and bottles of wine, all included in the package.
3. Naite and Moses met me on the final day at the airport to personally say goodbye, and present a small personalized gift to me for booking with them. They truly care about their clients line family. Very nice touch! I even told Naite, that based on the excellent quality of service they provide, I think they should charge more money! 🤣
I recommend everyone book with Kiliclimb for their Tanzanian safaris. Message Naite and she will take excellent care of you. The entire tour felt like a VIP experience.

Moses, Esther, and team provide top tier support and guidance as local providers at an affordable and accessible rate. I enjoyed a solo expedition along the Lemosho route with a team of ten, including porters, main guide, assistant summit guide, chef, and waiter. Every single team member did their best. They were truly there to serve and help us achieve the summit goal while enjoying the experience as a whole. Kiliclimb was introduced to me by an experienced mountaineering friend. I could not be more grateful for the support. We adapted plans as needed to take advantage of weather and summited under a glowing full moon followed glorious sunrise. The food was excellent. The hot popcorn and tea at the end of each day was a special treat. For price, for service, for caring, I can confidently recommend this wonderful group!

The driver is very professional. We saw all the animals! The people in the company are also very enthusiastic!! We also gave us customized cups and clothes, which are very cool!!
