Excellent customer care and fantastic safari
The service with Kiliclimb was fantastic. This locally owned and operated company goes far beyond expectations for their customers. From day one Vumilia was excellent at answering questions and communicating. She helped me when I lost my cell phone along the way and was absolutely amazing. She kept in Touch every day of my safari to ensure I was fine and had no problems! From start to finish everything was great, the food, accommodations, guides, drivers and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If I ever do another safari I will not hesitate to use them. I can’t complain about anything and highly recommend this company!

Very competent, helpful and friendly tour operator
It was easy to communicate in English, very good service from our driver also the food was delicious. They cooked for us in the morning, for lunch and dinner.
You could communicate with your agency all the time via Whatsapp. They helped for our flights, for the transfer from the airport and back.

My Kilimanjaro Hike - 5 Days
Wonderful experience from airport pick up and drop off! Thank you to the wonderful and knowledgeable guides (Raymond and Sam) who answered every question and treated us as family. We were greeted and had consistent follow up with Vumilia the whole time which made it so easy! Wonderful porters, chef Charles made the most filling food and Nuru was joking the whole time and made the hard summit much better. Wonderful all around and memories for a lifetime!

Unforgettabl experience with Melk
We had a truly wonderful safari and can wholeheartedly recommend KiliClimb Africa. From our initial enquiry to the final debrief after the safari, the entire experience was highly professional, personal and reliable.
We received a response within just a few minutes of our first enquiry, followed by a detailed and professional offer. Throughout the planning process, the team was always available via WhatsApp and answered all our questions very quickly. Communication was consistently friendly and helpful without ever feeling pushy. The team was also extremely flexible in adapting the itinerary to our preferences, including changes to the parks and accommodations, ensuring that the trip was perfectly tailored to us.
Before the safari, a representative from the agency met us at our pick-up location and gave us a thorough and professional briefing. We also received branded T-shirts and safari hats as gifts. As we were celebrating our ten-year anniversary during the trip, the team even surprised us with special T-shirts – such a thoughtful and personal gesture.
A very special mention must go to our driver and guide, Melk. From the very first moment, he was incredibly friendly, warm and open. It was immediately clear how passionate he is about his work. He went above and beyond to make our safari exceptional and always took our wishes into account. Whenever we hoped to see a particular animal, he did everything he could to find it for us. He stayed in close contact with other guides to make sure we reached important sightings and had the opportunity to observe many animals from a very close distance.
Melk speaks excellent English, has extensive knowledge of the animals and national parks, and is a very safe and comfortable driver. Beyond his professional qualities, he was simply wonderful company, and we always felt completely comfortable and well looked after with him.
The safari vehicle was in excellent condition and very well equipped. In addition to water, there were soft drinks, beer and wine available, which is not standard with every safari provider. There were even tissues and baby wipes, which were extremely useful after a dusty day on safari. Melk cleaned and restocked the vehicle every day before we set off.
Another highlight was the warm lunch served each day. The meals were prepared by our accommodations, and Melk carefully set everything up for us at the picnic spots. While many other safari guests only received packed lunches with sandwiches, we were able to enjoy a proper warm meal every day.
Throughout the safari, the agency contacted us via WhatsApp twice a day to ask how everything was going and whether we needed anything. After the safari, a representative also met us at our hotel for a personal debrief. They asked in detail about our guide, accommodations, food and overall experience, and openly invited us to share suggestions for improvement. This showed us how seriously KiliClimb Africa takes guest satisfaction and how committed the team is to continually improving its service.
Overall, our safari was an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. The organization was highly professional while still feeling very personal, and we could not have wished for a better guide than Melk. His passion, warmth and dedication made the experience truly special. We would book with KiliClimb Africa again without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend both the company and Melk.
