The team is so kindly and peter is patient also respond promptly in the whole process.
It’s an excellent experience for me, we see lots of wildlife and spectacular scenery in the trip, the guide is thoughtful and provide good service to us. they asked us which kind of animal we want to find and makes the dream come true. Excellent service with professionalism
Had a great experience with Pavilion Safari and Tours. Our guide was very professional, and communication was always timely and smooth. We are especially grateful to our tour guides, Moses and Ruben. They were both excellent safari guides—proactive in searching for animals, great at finding the best viewing spots, and always flexible in adjusting the schedule based on our needs. Additionally, we were very impressed by how helpful and trustworthy the team was when we accidentally left valuable jewelry at a hotel—they quickly arranged for another driver to pick it up and sent it back to us based on our schedule. We really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them.

Service & Communication
The communication throughout the trip was smooth. At one point, we had a minor hiccup, but Peter stepped in immediately and quickly sorted everything out for us. His responsiveness and excellent customer service gave us total peace of mind.

Mozz (Kenya): Words cannot describe how amazing Mozz is—we absolutely loved him! His knowledge of the wildlife is incredible, and he has an unbelievable eye for spotting and finding animals.
Ruben(Tanzania) : While Ruben is on the quieter side, he is a wealth of information. He clearly has a deep knowledge of the animals and worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best possible wildlife sightings.
An outstanding tour operator that turned our dream safari into an unforgettable experience
We were lucky to have Mozz as our guide in Masai Mara and Amboseli. He has a fantastic sense of humor and made every game drive fun and exciting. His knowledge of wildlife and the parks was outstanding, and he always seemed to know the best places to find incredible animals. Thanks to him, we experienced breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters. He truly made the first half of our safari amazing.
We also had Ruben as our guide in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our journey. He always made sure we were comfortable, answered every question with care, and worked hard to give us the best possible wildlife viewing experience. His professionalism and dedication made every day smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Derrick is the man, he cared about our experience and consistently worked to create a great time.
While the communication before I left for safari was a little inconsistent, from the moment I left on safari it was an incredible journey. My guide Derrick was very relatable and always had something interesting to say about the animals we were seeing. He kept things fun and made everyone in the vehicle feel comfortable. The camps were super cool to stay at, definitely more of an experience than a luxury living experience but it was well worth it. Very cool places and really made me feel like I was in Kenya. I was solo traveling but definitely felt a community at each one of the camps and in the vehicle each day. Thank you Derrick for such a great experience!

Value for money
I had an amazing experience with Pavillion and particularly our tour guide Moses
Moses was excellent! You can really tell he is passionate about animals as he had the best facts, energy and even had his own binoculars and took videos himself! He found the best angles and drove to the best spots where we even spotted a Leopard and Cheetah, 2 of the rarest ones to see!
Would definitely recommend this and thank you Pavillion Tours and Moses for making a dream come true.

Conscientious, responsible and prompt in replies
A memorable 6-day & 5-night safari trip. Peter is highly responsible and patiently explained all travel details to me; he is trustworthy and reliable.
It was an amazing journey where I got to witness the breathtaking East African savanna I’d long dreamed of and made lovely like-minded friends. I even spotted Mina, the lioness from Lion King.
The itinerary is well-planned and reasonably paced, keeping us refreshed without exhaustion while enjoying ample game viewing.

A warm hearted guy who makes me feel safe and comfortable during the entire journey.
This was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. The drivers who took us on the game drives were very experienced. They were great at spotting animals hidden in the grass and also explained the habits and characteristics of different animals to us. The accommodation was good value for money, and the food and service were both very nice. Most importantly, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.

What really stood out was his experience and remarkable ability to spot animals. Thanks to his sharp eye and expertise, we enjoyed some amazing wildlife sightings that we might otherwise have missed. He also created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the group, making long days on safari both fun and comfortable.
Our visits to Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli were fantastic, and Derrick played a big part in making those experiences so special.
