Considerate and Knowledgeable
An excellent experience out in the bush with Benson. We got very lucky and ended up seeing two leopards in our 7 day safari. Having Naivasha and Nukuru sandwiched between the Mara and Amboseli made the trip pacing diverse enough that each new animal encounter felt exciting and fresh. Our driver Benson was very calm on the roads and did a great job taking our inevitable car breakdowns in stride and did everything he could to make up for any loss of time (these vehicles get absolutely pummeled on these roads).
Would take this tour again without question. Definitely spring for the mid-tier package, the quality of the uograded lodges is spectacular.

Excellent attention to our excitement and kind cooperation with our thrill to learn.
We chose the premium service which was only a couple hundred more than the basic price and we felt that was clearly the best move. It was as though we had paid for the best. Definitely worth the payment for comfort and also attention to design of our stays and ambience. After a long dusty day of riding, being welcomed to a delicious meal and a private space was much desired and our expectations were blown away. We were put in the heart of these magical locations to truly experience what the environment and it's people who protect and love it, had to share.
Benson was our leader and he did not disappoint once! He would stop and answer all questions, he made sure everyone could hear him, and would pull up the the animals at angles for each side of the vehicle to enjoy. It was very considerate. He was always asking others where we might find more animals and we could tell he has made friends along the way. Every driver looked happy to help one another. You really are in the presence of a team who love their career and are very thrilled to share with the travelers. Any car troubles, which are to be expected, we are in the wild (duh!), were immediately dealt with. We always felt safe and trusted the process and would continue on our journey. I mention this simply for those who lack patience, I hope you practice this beforehand or you may spoil a nice opportunity to sit and reflect on the land before you. Again, not a big deal, it felt adventurous through and through.
We also asked for a couple favors, stops for using restroom, or for photos and we could rely on our needs being met. We also arranged transport to hotel after it was over, we were a large group and we are grateful Benson took us.
We will return with more family and friends. We did the 7 day safari and let me tell you, we would joyfully do it again and again! Bring your binoculars and a bandana! You too can see the big five and ugly eight as we did.

Perfect organisation of our tour in Kenya
Madelyne was very reactive and flexible before and during our tour in Kenya.
In 8 days, everything was optimized to allow us to see Masaï Mara, lake Nakuru, lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Mombasa !
(More time to enjoy the sea side and discover Nairobi would be of course even better but we couldn’t stay longer). We could see lots of animals (even a leopard !), wonderfull landscapes and appreciatethe friendliness of kenyan people. We really enjoyed our tour!
We recommand Eta for the quality of the tour and its correct price.

Incredible
Excellent service. Derrick always provided us with accurate information, and they fulfilled all the agreed-upon terms and even exceeded them. We felt very safe and had an incredible experience. Our guides took us to see the Big Five and were always attentive to our every need. The accommodations were very good; even for the most economical option, they were high quality. I would definitely do it again.

The tour operator offered a smooth safari, showcasing Maasai life and wildlife up close.
I recently went on a safari in Kenya, and having Fransis as our guide made it truly exceptional. From the start, Fransis was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, sharing his passion for wildlife and nature. He introduced us to the Maasai way of life, explaining their traditions and culture, and guided us in observing wild animals safely and up close. Fransis had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife and ensured we had the best views and photo opportunities, while patiently explaining animal behavior and ecosystems. He also shared fascinating stories about local conservation efforts and the importance of protecting wildlife habitats. His calm, friendly, and attentive approach made the safari unforgettable, and it felt like we were truly connecting with both the land and its people.

Very good budget option for a great safari
We did the 11 day tour - Kenya + Tanzania. Eta Adventure Safaris was selected by us after comparing various similar proposals. The Eta price was one of the more attractive ones and the positive reviews helped us make this choice. We chose the budget version (vs. the mid-range version) for accommodations, as this made a big difference in price. Don't expect a lot of luxury in those places, but everything was OK every time, so we don't regret doing that.
Derrick was very responsive. Not just during the selection/booking process, but also during the trip.
The drivers (separate ones in Kenya and Tanzania) were truly motivated to give you a good experience.
All in all we had a great safari experience and I can definitely recommend booking with Eta.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend this agency for several reasons:
- ensured transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the designated spot,
- experienced guides who know the parks and where to spot animals (great job by Francis, Eric, and Leroy),
- the ability to tailor the safari and additional attractions to your needs,
- excellent communication with Derrick, who responded immediately from the very beginning and remained open to any suggestions (he immediately resolved the problem with the hotel)
Moreover, we saw the Big Five and much more in less than 24 hours. :)

Incredible safari
I had an incredible experience with ETA. I booked a three day two night safari to Samburu, someone from the company explained everything to me and sorted out all the details like hotel pickup. They were super responsive to all my questions l, and checked in with me during the Safari. My driver James was fantastic, really knowledgeable, and was amazing at putting us in the right place to see all of the wildlife. We managed to see every major animal in Samburu over just a few days, including lions, leopards, cheetahs and elephants. Couldn't recommend James or ETA more highly.

The best
Got it — here’s an honest, still classy version that reflects that without sounding harsh:
This safari was a dream come true and truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The landscapes, wildlife, and overall adventure were absolutely unforgettable. Seeing these animals in their natural habitat is something I’ll cherish forever.
If you book this safari, I highly recommend requesting Godana as your guide — he was exceptional and truly the highlight of the trip. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate, and went above and beyond to make sure we saw as much wildlife as possible and felt safe and supported throughout the journey. He made the experience what it was.
I will say that the organization and logistics could be improved, as things did not always feel seamless. Additionally, the one part I would personally skip is the Maasai village visit, which felt more focused on money than cultural exchange.
That said, the safari itself was still a dream come true, and I would recommend this experience — especially with Godana as your guide. It’s a great value so just make sure you tip your guides appropriately each day !
