太他妈好了!!!so fucking good
An absolutely amazing experience!
The team was incredibly warm and welcoming. I believe many people—just like me—are choosing safari for the first time or visiting Africa for the first time, feeling both excited and a bit nervous. If you want everything to go smoothly, this is definitely the company you should choose.
I compared my experience with other travelers in my group, and I can honestly say this is the most transparent travel agency. There were no hidden costs or extra charges at all. For the two-day safari, I chose the most expensive of the three plans—and it was absolutely worth every penny.
Many others paid far more than I did, yet stayed in worse hotels and faced countless hidden expenses.
Once again, thank you so much. You truly gave me an unforgettable and unparalleled safari experience.

A tour operator with a top guide, but areas for improvement in communication and organization.
We went on a 5-day safari and it was a fantastic experience. Our driver/guide, Bakari, was truly fantastic. He did his utmost to show us the Big Five – and he succeeded! Communication was also very smooth, and he explained everything along the way in a fun and clear manner. This really made the safari extra special.
Dave, our private chef, also deserves a huge compliment. He provided delicious meals every day, which was a real luxury after long safari days.
Most of the accommodations were excellent and well-maintained. Unfortunately, there was one campsite that was very disappointing: there was no light or running water in the toilets, and after a long, dusty day, you couldn't shower properly. I thought that was a real shame, and this could definitely be improved.
Furthermore, there were a few organizational points that could have been improved by the tour operator: The beer and wine that were included in the trip were forgotten at the beginning. As a result, we had to pay for our own beer and wine for four evenings, even though it was included in our price. On the last evening, beer and wine were brought, but this was meant to last the entire week, so we ultimately didn't get much use out of it. I found that rather disappointing.
The tour operator also indicated they weren't aware of our flight details. We were picked up at 2:00 AM for a flight scheduled for 5:00 AM, but it turned out to be delayed until 7:00 AM. This change hadn't been communicated to us, so we were awake all night at the airport. We then had to go on the first day of safari without any sleep, which was very tiring and unpleasant.
Despite these issues, the safari was generally well-organized, and we look back on it with very positive feelings. Again: the driver and the cook made this trip truly unforgettable. Absolutely recommended, with a few points to consider regarding the organization.

Amazing, kind, respectful and the best tour gide ever!
We were with a group of 6. We went for 5 days. (Last day was a visit to the Kilimanjaro waterfall). The tour was absolutely amazing! We saw all of the big five and many other animals. Our tour gide was Bakari and our private chef was Devdi (Dave). The tour gide was a really kind man who really loves his job. He is really experienced and tries his best to give you the best view possible to make nice photo's en videos. He makes the Safari really interesting and explains everything you ask him. Devdi our private chef was an amazing cook! He made us breakfast, lunch and dinner! He really prepares the food with love and does his best! A really kind man also. In terms of service it's easy to book and comminucate with the operators. The tour costs around €1000 euro per person. But it depends for how long you go. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Amazing!
The tour was truly amazing! 100% worth the money and truly fantastic. We saw all the Big 5 animals, and it was truly impressive how close we got to them! We were on the tour for five days, and I highly recommend it if you're planning a trip to Tanzania. Our tour guide, Bakari, and our private chef, Devdi (Dave), were incredibly kind and truly excellent at guiding our tour. Bakari went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the Big 5 animals, and his explanations were truly excellent, fun, and enthusiastic! Hats off to them!

Spectacular adventure for good value of money
We loved our 3 days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. First of all it’s really an adventure, like You have many parts of travel which may be exhausting. But animals are worth it, people You will meet on Your way are great as well. Our driver and guide, Kisamo, was really decent, caring one - great “hunter” on the one hand, on the other he had respect for park rules and other safari cars. He provided us great views, animals and stories to remember. Our organiser Michael kept us informed all the time - but even then we were afraid, but then all came out to be fabulous. Remember You can create bespoke safari even for budget and mid range - for budget we got room with bathroom in Serengeti and tent in Ngorongoro. Next time no tent for us, to much trouble with bathroom and clothes. Food is prepared with care, we felt always hungry enough to be happy with all. Don’t expect smooth ride as it’s off-road all the time with dust everywhere, even in the city. We had one giraffe visit near the room and another time elephant at the evening. You will remember that. Michael from Majestic arranged all transfers to be comfortable, very convenient and included in price. Insist to fly to/from Arusha when coming from Zanzibar, Klimanjaro airport much further and problematic security. Remember to leave small tips to everyone - they are hard working and Your appreciation means a lot for their economy.

Our first safari - definately not the last one
We have been on the 4-days tour with Majestic Explorers, we've seen 3 parks in Tanzania and when I checked the prices online and locally in Zanzibar, it seemed that it was really the best offer. Also I would reccomend to book in advance as we did. Innocent, who was our main organiser was available on WhatsApp all the time and responded every our question immediately, even before the tour, which made us really safe and well-prepared. Even in some unpredicted complications (delayed flight, lost jacket etc.)
he reacted right away and helped with everything very efficiently. His English was perfect and everything was understood without any problems. As for the safari itself we have everything included, with transport from and back to hotel, so we didn't have to worry about anything - the real "hakuna matata" experience. Every guide we encountered during our trip was trustworthy, super polite and treated us normally, wchich we really appreciated after some Zanzibar experiences. But for our greatest respect and admiration deserved Simba - our local driver, guide and organiser. Not only he has driven us safely on bumpy tanzanian routes but he glimpsed animals on the game drives with such expertice we are sure we've seen a lot more then other groups. Futhermore he answered every our question with patience and knowledge and explained further plan so we felt again very self and cared for. The food, prepared by Rihno was delicious. We would reccomend this to everyone who wants to be as close to nature as it is possible and is not afraid of camping in the forest or mountains. From our point of view conditions on campings were very good taking under consideration their localization - in the middle of parks (the animals where basically walking around our tents), but these aren't hotels so you should prepare for that. Even with animals so close to us, we knew that with Simba and others we are perfectly safe if we just listę to them and do what they say. Amazing experience! I would to this again for 100%. We are already thinking of going to another safaris!

Reliability
Our tour with majestic explorers was great. The communication with innocent was always very smooth and he was able to adapt our plan exactly the same way we desired and gave us also some recommendations about what would be best to do according to the duration of our trip. It was a budged trip due that we were sleeping in camps during the safari time but have to say that doing camping was a very nice experience as you have an opportunity to get to know other travellers and exchange easier as if you are in a luxury hotel. Many thanks innocent for the nice trip and we will for sure recommend you

3.5 Stars...Hard to say TBH
Michael from the tour company on whatsapp was helpful, but definitely overcharged me on airport pickup - $35 from JRO to Moshi. I was on a 3D2N group tour with guide Ali, and a chef, and we stayed at Fanaka Lodge. Guide Ali didn't do an introduction at the start, no welcome, no nothing, and I learned his name from other members. While we could tell Ali was good at what he does, his attitude was negative 70% of the trip, and a couple times he tried to hype himself up by making a corny joke about how heavy his jeep was after we ate our lunch. I was traveling solo so I was riding shotgun the whole three days and had to take in 90% of his dismissive comments/attitude towards me and some members of our group.
As for the Chef! Our interactions were limited since we only saw him at the lodge, but many of us could tell he's got a big ego. One evening, he complained how everyone arrived late at dinner but he never told anyone the start time. You get the gist, communication wasn't lacking in general. I once asked the chef for more green beans in our veggie stew for the next day's lunch. And guess what, we got the least amount of green beans out of all the days. I deeply regret giving him a $20 tip. My take after this trip is, do NOT feel obligated to tip anyone, if the service doesn't merit it, despite what all websites suggest.
The safari tours are pretty well established in Moshi/Arusha, most tour companies with 3.5 stars or above, if you are on a budget, are fine. Since most tour companies rely on freelance guides & chefs, your experience will come down to luck. Wishing all future travelers in being paired with great staff!
