Customer Satisfaction is met, insightful game drives
We had an amazing time on our wildlife tour to Masai Mara.Ken our tour guide was really rich in knowledge and very competent in ensuring our satisfaction.We saw lions,Cheetahs,Ostrich, Elephants giraffe, buffalo, crocodile and monkeys.Plenty of flamingoes in Nakuru too. It was an amazing 4days safari which i recommend highly enough!

Me and my husband enjoyed safari very much. Everything was perfect. Maybe only our car were overcrowded (8+driver), but fortenately we were good team. Special thanks to our driver Leonard, who was really excellent. Hotels and food were very nice and good. Comparing price with the others in our car, we got much better hotels and the same safary experience for almost double price. All in all excellent expirience.

Amazing safari tour with unforgettable wildlife sightseeing
This safari tour was amazing! Our driver-guide was super experienced and so thoughtful. He always spotted animals before anyone else and made sure we all had the best view. On top of that, he kept the vehicle really clean and even placed water at each seat, which was such a nice touch. Communication was also great—everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which made the whole trip stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

Nairobi national park was great. Got to see Rhino's ( my first time) Lions , giraffes, ostriches, warthogs, hippos, tortoises, monitor lizards.

We had a safe journey throughout the trip.
There was no problem with communication, as most people there speak English.
The service was okay. Our driver, Chris, was very experienced, and we all felt safe with him.
However, they should be more proactive in offering must-do experiences. Missing the Maasai Mara picnic, sunrise/sunset was a disappointment. Maybe others can request these experiences in the future.
