We paid $1,200 for a 3-day Masai Mara safari and had a very disappointing, and at times, unsafe experience.

The guide provided little actual guiding or group management. For most of the trip, the vehicle felt like a party bus rather than a professional safari.

More concerning were the safety issues:
• the guide drank beer before driving
• frequently used his phone while driving
• failed to manage disruptive behavior
• at the end of the trip, we were dropped off at a gas station on the side of the highway and told to take an Uber instead of being transported to our accommodation as arranged.

The company later acknowledged the problem and suspended the guide, but refused any refund or compensation.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip that fell far below professional standards. I would not book with them again.

We note we gave you the best price for your safari that is in the Market for a 3days Safari with all inclusions for your safari(Transport in a 4 by 4 jeep,park fees,Game drives,meals on full board,pick up from your hotel,English speaking driver,2nights accomodation)
We also wish to highlight that for group joining safaris (like the one you had chosen), our guides do their best to balance the interests of all guests in the vehicle. This means that the guide needs to make choices that suit the whole group.We note you were joined with other 4 guests in the shared safari and their interaction in the car might affected your comfort and we do apologise for this us guest misbehaviour can only be controled by themselves and ours is to ensure the safari runs smooth.

On refund we feel you consumed to your satisfaction on the inclusions paid for including park entry fees,Transport in a 4 by 4 Jeep,2nights accomodation in a midrange lodge,Game drives,pick up from your hotel and meals on full board and therefore no operation cost from our end was not catered and paid for.

We have taken note of your concerns about the guide and will follow up with our team accordingly to ensure every guest receives the best possible experience.

Thank you once again for choosing to travel with us, and we hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to deliver a more fulfilling experience.
