Zungu may be a small company, but they have a big heart and treat you like a truly caring friend
Zungu is a small company, but that doesn’t mean their service is lacking or that they are not up to the task of taking care of you. We chose them for our honeymoon, and they made sure everything went smoothly.
Before the trip, we had two video calls and exchanged countless messages. Zungu was always available and responsive, answering every single question we had.
Our Kilimanjaro experience was very well organized, the safari was truly premium, and we finished the trip in Zanzibar enjoying comfort and luxury. Overall, we felt well informed throughout the process and believe we paid a fair price for the experiences we had.
The only area that could be improved is the Kilimanjaro equipment rental. It was quite expensive and not of the best quality. That said, the company acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
