I will give Vincent and Mara Wanderlust 100/100 for each of the heads such as communications, service, value for money, reliability and the tour. Initially I was skeptical booking through a service that I found online. However, all my fears were belied. Vincent was available at any time of day to answer my incessant questions. A highly reliable, warm, and professional tour operator who curates unforgettable Kenyan experiences
This was my first trip from India to Kenya as a solo traveler, and my friend came across Vincent through an online portal, possibly Instagram. I spent a day in Nairobi, after which Vincent’s team arranged a smooth transfer for me to Lake Nakuru. I stayed there for a day, and the team made the experience wonderful with well-planned sightseeing and great support throughout.
From there, we headed to the highlight of the trip—Masai Mara. The arrangements were seamless, the property was beautiful, and the entire experience, including our travel guide and interaction with a Masai warrior, was nothing short of fabulous. Everything was so well curated that it felt effortless.
Although I started my journey solo, I later joined friends in Masai Mara, and throughout the trip, Vincent and his team were extremely helpful and attentive. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made this journey truly memorable.
I would highly recommend Vincent and his team to anyone planning a trip to Kenya—they are absolutely fabulous!
