Great communication, great program, great guide (Brian)
We had an amazing 12-day trip with Wild Uganda. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
A special thanks to our guide, Brian, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we had the best possible experience. His passion for Uganda really made the trip unforgettable.
It is such a pity that many travelers have cancelled their trips because of the Ebola situation. Based on our experience, we felt safe throughout our journey, and there was no reason for us to cancel. Uganda is a beautiful country with incredible wildlife, welcoming people, and breathtaking landscapes.
We highly recommend Wild Uganda to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari and adventure. Thank you for an amazing experience!

A 10/10 experience with Wild Uganda on our 7-day honeymoon tour in Kenya.
A 10/10 experience with Wild Uganda on our 7-day honeymoon tour in Kenya.
Darina spent months helping us plan a tailor-made trip to Uganda, carefully adjusting every detail to make it perfect. Unfortunately, just two weeks before our departure, we had to change our travel dates due to a health issue involving my father. Given the Ebola situation at the time, we decided it would be better to change our destination to Kenya instead.
The Wild Uganda team was incredibly understanding and supportive. They handled everything quickly and smoothly, making a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Darina, for always being there to help!
Once we arrived, our guide, Sam, was fantastic. He was friendly, approachable, and shared so much about Kenyan culture and local life, which made the experience even more meaningful.
As for the safari, Sam did an amazing job. On our very first day, we managed to see four of the Big Five, and later at Lake Nakuru we were lucky enough to spot the fifth. It was an unforgettable experience!
We would also like to give a special mention to Kobe Mara. The staff made us feel completely at home with their warm, personal hospitality, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The camp itself is beautiful—small, peaceful, and located right on the edge of the Maasai Mara, so we were able to watch wildlife while having breakfast and dinner.
A huge thank you to everyone at Wild Uganda for giving us such an unforgettable honeymoon. We still have one dream left—to see the gorillas—and if we ever travel to Uganda, we won’t hesitate to book with you again. ❤️

From the first online Hello to the last Goodbye at the airport , our journey was in safe hands.
It was a pleasure planning our trip to Uganda and Rwanda with Wild Uganda ,as we were asked about our preferences right from the beginning. Ernest listened to us, offered advice, and guided us in creating the perfect itinerary tailored to our wishes and flights. The online communication with Wild Uganda is very precise, with immediate support, great solutions and clear responses . In the middle of the nature ,the accommodations were really lovely, we enjoyed ourselves and rested in comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped lodges.
We were also offered a very convenient payment plan, allowing us to enjoy this adventure even more .
Our direct link to Wild Uganda throughout our stay was Linus, our wonderful guide and driver. He is a very polite, well-mannered, cheerful, charismatic, and energetic young man. To us, Linus was not just a guide but a true travel companion; his humor and good spirits made us feel as we were visiting our best friend . With great confidence and disciplined driving, Linus ensured also a comfortable journey for us across the more than 2,000 kilometers through fascinating Uganda and mysterious Rwanda. Thanks to his perseverance, we managed to tick off the "Big Five"—a fantastic experience for which we are very grateful. We will greatly miss our conversations about the culture, history, and customs of Uganda, the local food, and the wonderful Ugandan people . He really made all our wishes come true .
Thanks to Linus & Wild Uganda , we were able to discover Uganda and Rwanda in a delightful way; we had a fantastic time walking among giraffes and rhinos, visiting our primate relatives—chimpanzees, gorillas, baboons, and golden monkeys—and admiring herds of zebras and antelopes .We could watch many impressive birds, including the famous shoebill and the grey crowned crane . We enjoyed the tastiest pineapples on the planet, as well as the most aromatic and juicy mangoes ever . The local food, the smiling people, the African landscapes, and the sweet scent of Uganda made us fall in love with this country and find it so hard to leave.
Thank you Wild Uganda, for these unforgettable experiences and for the care you showed us during our time in Uganda & Rwanda . See you soon for new African adventures !

Amazing vacation, the way it was organized was wonderful, and the lodges were also very beautiful. We visited so many places, safaris... Rino... the legendary gorillas. This is truly a powerful experience!
The people are very kind and respectful.
This vacation was also made wonderful thanks to our guide Derrek, who showed us everything there was to see, and that's what made the vacation even better.
Thank you, thank you.
We'll see you again soon for future adventures!

Book the trip. You will NOT regret it.
Where do I even begin? My husband and I just returned from a 12-day Kenya and Uganda safari with Wild Uganda, and it was nothing short of life changing. This was my husband's first time setting foot on the African continent and my first safari, and Wild Uganda made sure it was everything we could have hoped for and more.
From the moment we started planning, Ernest was our anchor. He was responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure we were prepared and excited before we even boarded our flight. Any question we had, big or small, was answered quickly and with care. That level of attentiveness before the trip set the tone for everything that followed.
Once we were on the ground, our guides Yasir in Kenya and Kasim in Uganda took over and absolutely delivered. Both were deeply knowledgeable, not just about the animals but about the land, the culture, and the ecosystems we were moving through. Yasir's ability to spot wildlife before we even knew where to look made our game drives in the Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru unforgettable. We saw the Big Five, and every sighting felt personal rather than rushed. Kasim brought a richness to our Uganda experience that went far beyond the animals. He wove in the history of local tribes, Ugandan traditions, and food in a way that made us feel like we were truly getting to know the country, not just passing through it. The gorilla trekking in Bwindi was the single most extraordinary thing I have ever witnessed. Standing feet away from a mountain gorilla family in their natural habitat is something no photograph or description can prepare you for.
The logistics throughout were seamless. Twelve days across two countries, multiple national parks, lodges, and an internal flight is a lot to coordinate, and Wild Uganda handled every detail without a hiccup. We never felt uncertain about what was happening next or where we needed to be. That kind of organization is rare and it allowed us to be fully present for every experience.
Whether you are a first time safari goer, a seasoned traveler, or a couple looking for an adventure that will bring you closer together, Wild Uganda is the operator for you. Do not hesitate. Book the trip. You will not regret a single moment.
