Very knolegeable about the wildlife, trees and vegitation. A pleasant personality.
5/5

Best tour I have been on...3rd time in 14 years.
We ran out of gas...the operator added fuel and engine would not start...the engine was misfiring on the way up to the falls. We drifted into shore right on top of hippos and their young.
I noticed only one paddle which I requested... guide would not give it to me... we would have been safer in my opinion on the river than beached in close proximity to the hippos and their young. I watched and the hippos moved up the river a short way. They were grunting, stomping and warning us but their alarm level seemed to be decreasing. So remaining quiet seemed the next best option.
Our rescue boat showed up with another load of guests. Rather than throwing a toe line and pulling us out into the river, the operator pulled along side of us, tied off and partially beached a second boat load of customers. While we were being toed out into the river the other boat was stirring mud and rocks as we moved back into the river...I was totally surprised that they didn't shear a pin and disable a second boat.
I was on a boat with family and friends... a second boat load of people were put in jeopardy... I think that training would be in order for your operators....
Training and drills... how to handle the unexpected.
I am always on the side of the working man...great men, just add training and drills.

Sincerely,

Dale Leivestad

An excellent safari with our guide Harun
5/5

We have just returned from a 5 day safari in Ngorongoro and Serengeti which surpassed our expectations We saw the 'Big 5' at pretty close quarters as well as numerous other animals. Our driver/guide, Harun, seemed to have a sixth sense as to where we would find animals.
The accommodation, both the tented and the lodge were extremely comfortable providing really tasteful food and the staff were amazing. You felt you were welcomed as friends.
We cannot recommend highly enough

Outstanding safari with Safari Multiways
5/5

We did a five day safari with Safari Multiways and could not fault it. It was amazing from start to finish. Romeo’s communication was perfect, the organisation could not have been better and our guide - Moses - was amazing! Ask for him! The accommodation was so much better than we expected, as was the food. We saw absolutely everything and didn’t feel like we missed out on anything. The best tour company around!

Amazing Experience and Wonderful People!
5/5

We booked the gorilla trekking in Uganda at the last minute, fault from our part... but Aba Global Tours & Travel was great at getting us in a tour, securing passes for the National Park (which is a challenge) and accomodated nicely to our requests, since we were flying to Kigali in Rwanda instead of Kampala in Uganda. Landed in Kigali, super early in the morning and our tour guide and driver greeted us at the airport on time. We built rapport immediately. We toured Kigali in the morning, we learnt so much about this amazing city and unfortunate past, and after lunch we headed north to Uganda where we were received in a nice, cozy hotel. The next day we woke up early and headed to the Park, we had the briefing session with the park rangers and then headed to the gorilla tracking. We were lucky enough to find the gorillas group of 8 after only one hour walk. The experience was invaluable, one of the best things I have done in my life. Super recommended!! Thank you Lydia and your team for a wonderful experience.

5/5

My grandfather had a post at one of the tea estates in Iringa during the colonial times and since moving to the US over 50 years ago he has always wanted to go back. We decided in 2018 that we would like to take grandad a trip down memory lane and go on safari as well. Since we contacted Safarihub our queries were answered professionally, and we felt comfortable working with Clara, within a month of planning we had a booked a private transfer from Dar to Iringa as well as a Safari in Ruaha and Mikumi. It was such an exciting time and grandad visited the old tea factory bringing back memories. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game parks and we are back home with thousands of beautiful memories.

Unique experience with KingTomondo Safaris in Kenya
5/5

We went with KingTomondo on Safari and we would do so again any day! It was our first Safari, we travelled to Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli National Park. Since it was our first Safari, we asked quite a lot of questions. Elizabeth, the owner, is a very friendly and helping person. She went out of her way to help us choose the best destinations and accommodations for our needs. Part of their staff speaks German, which was an additional advantage for us. They always reply in good time, too.

The Safari itself was great, we didn't expect to see as many beautiful animals and places as we ended up doing. Reading about coming close to Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs etc. is nothing like actually coming so close to them in reality. A wonderful experience!! Our driver was not only very knowledgeable and friendly, but also very entertaining. He knew the places so well and helped us to spot a big variety of beautiful wildlife. The car also was in very good condition.

To make it short: We had a very beautiful first Safari experience and we will be back soon for sure. We will certainly choose KingTomondo again and can recommend them to everyone looking for a Safari in Kenya.

Everything was perfect! Mussiro Trips team were so helpul since the first contact. They planned my whole trip according my time (very small trip) and the money I was up to spend. We were to Kruger Park and the guide had a lot of experience about how and when find the Big 5. I really would like to come back to another adventure with Mussiro Trips.

My Daressalam city tour was perfect!
4/5

I could organize the city tour from one day to the next day, very good. I could speak about my wishes,
what I would like to see in town and so one. The communication with manager on mobile phone
without problems. And next day punctual the driver and guide Oswald picked up me at the hotel.
I got a lot of very interesting informations about towns historie, culture, local peoples living,
tinga tinga painting, special music forms and more. I had a very nice day! Thank you.

Good for most parts
4/5

Driver picked us up from our accommodation in Nairobi but was 30 minutes late. Journey went well although very bumpy ride in the vehicle after Narok. We did call at Tuskys supermarket at Narok and stocked up with snacks and water. There was a pizza place in the mall but were told our lunch would be later. Lunch was a big disappointment and health risk. 700 KES each for a poor quality buffet with birds constantly pecking the serving spoons. We set off again and reached Masai Mara and our first game drive. We had 4 altogether over 3 days and we enjoyed them. We stayed at Mara Serena Lodge which was within Masai Mara park and it was a lovely hotel and food. The second day the driver told us 6am start but then turned up 30 minutes later and said it was 6:30am. He said we’d got the time wrong but all of use heard him say 6am. Everything else went smoothly. Our driver was Benard but I did wish we had a 4 wheel drive vehicle rather than an 8 seater minibus. Overall we did enjoy our Safari.
