Lemosho route- 8 days
5/5

We had such a lovely time completing the Lemosho 8 day route.
The route was absolutely breathtaking, challenging and rewarding all in one. The scenery changed throughout and the summit night was something I'll remember forever. Such a mental and physical challenge only made possible by our team.

Our guide- Joseph was incredible, knowledgeable and super friendly. He kept the vibes high, especially during summit night when we all started to struggle. You can see the love for his job shine through. His care for his team was equally as evident and made for such a positive experience.

Our assistant guide- Mune- was absolutely lovely. He was equally as caring and attentive to our needs. He was also so friendly and approachable. He made everyone feel at ease and he will make a great lead guide one day!

Our chef- Abu- cooked us delicious meals daily. When one of us was feeling nauseous from the altitude, it was no hassle for him to whip up something a bit easier on the stomach for us. He always had a smile on his face and was a delight to be around.

And finally our porters- definitely could not have don't the hike without them. The job they do is absolutely incredible. Such a physical role, carrying everything required and ensuring our tents were set up before we arrived and everything was in order. They are incredible and we're all so lovely.

All on all, his was such a great experience and I will definitely recommend the crew we had to anyone I know wanting to come to Kilimanjaro.

Thankyou for everything.

Best experience ever
5/5

From the organization to our guide Albert, everything was just perfect. Communication was great, quick and they were always trying to help us when we needed something. Our itinerary was just something we were looking for, a night in the middle of Serengeti was amazing. Our guide Albert was just fantastic, he didn’t look for the animals only, but for special trees or any other plants as well and he never forgot to tell us a story about it. We took the flight from Zanzibar and it was organized by Ozon and our flight got canceled the day before our trip and they handled everything regarding payment and reservations for a new one with same departure time as previous one. Highly recommend!

Excellent!! Highly recommend
5/5

Morris was super helpful and super responsive in helping with creating a perfect safari itinerary for the safari.
We got picked up from the hotel and we met our game driver who was absolutely a delight to work with. He made sure we had the opportunity to enjoy the full experience..
He drove to the ends to spot the animals and we ended up seeing 4/5 big five animals.

Would do this again in a heart beat! Thanks so much!

Reliable and professional, we would choose Serengeti Smile again
5/5

Right from the start, Serengeti Smile showed us its seriousness and professionalism. Communication by email was simple and fast. Our expectations were certainly exceeded, also thanks to Emmanuel and Dominik, our extremely friendly and professional guides. The parks we visited were spectacular and we managed to see many animals, even more than we had imagined.
The accommodations chosen for us by Serengeti smile were all of an excellent standard, cozy and well looked after. We will always remember and recommend Serengeti Smile, thank you for the beautiful Emotions .

About: Kenya
Very amazing country. I saw beautiful nature.

4/5

Kenya is a beautiful country. Beautiful national parks.
Beautiful beaches, especially around Diani Beach.
The weather was great for the end of May. The local community is generally friendly, although in a country like Kenya, Europeans are perceived as rich and you have to be careful.
Generally, you need to be careful in Kenya.
It is worth going and seeing this country at least once in your life.

About: Safari365
The only tour operators I would recommend for Southern Africa.
5/5

Our family hadn't been to Southern Africa before (I had) so they were a bit nervous. Therefore, I wanted this trip to expose them to all the wonders of this part of the world but to always feel safe. Our wonderful consultant Andrew listened to our preferences and then added his own local knowledge and expertise and crafted the most exciting trip. He even joined us for a beer when we were in Cape Town. He fitted in with Australian time zones for phone calls and shaped up the itinerary into a wonderful two-week indulgence - there is nothing like local knowledge that you can trust. We went to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (yes, my son bungee jumped 111metres off the old bridge!); Chobi National Park, Botswana; and Kruger Game Reserve & Cape Town, South Africa. We were picked up at airports and hotels/lodges always on time, we were indulged by the most beautiful and hospitable hosts and lovely venues, we ate amazing food, we saw beautiful natural panoramas and yes we saw the big five! I can't describe lying in bed at night and hearing lions roar within earshot! Cape Town blew us away and the trip down to the Cape of Good Hope was extraordinary. This has been an amazing experience we still talk about often. We will never forget it. We are definitely going back and most certainly organising it through Safari 365 (they aren't paying us to say that). Our Australian friends think we were brave and adventurous but little do they know we were in 5 star comfort and did not feel unsafe at all - except maybe the first time a lion walked past our open topped jeep! Definitely do it!!!

AMAZING TOUR & AMAZING GUIDE!
5/5

After seeing some pictures of the Cave Churches of Lalibela I decided I wanted to go to Ethiopia. I didn't know much about the country but after doing some research I found Daniel with Dan Lalibela Tours. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to see & left the rest up to him. Daniel planned an AMAZING 9 Day trip of Northern Ethiopia which included: the many Cave Churches in and around Lalibela (including a Sunday service at St. George); the Danakil Depression with its dramatic & colorful geological formations; Axum including the stelae of Axum & Mary of Tsion church where the Ark of the Covenant is said to reside; Simien Mt. National Park with its beautiful scenery, Waterfalls & Animals (especially the Gelada Baboons); Gondar (Gondar Castle) & finished our trip with a day to explore the Blue Nile Waterfall & take a boat trip on Lake Tana. I don't have time to list everything we did & saw but every day was Amazing, Different & Full of Lasting Memories. It was the perfect blend of Adventure, History, Natural Beauty, Wildlife & Culture. I was especially impressed with how Daniel handled any traveling challenges that came up as well as how he was attentive to focusing the tour on our interests being flexible and willing to make adjustments as we went along. After taking a private tour with Daniel I will have a hard time ever doing a standard "group tour" again plus I felt we got great value for our money. DAN LALIBELA TOURS ARE DEFINITELY THE WAY TO SEE ETHIOPIA!
