Brilliant, all staff were friendly and knowledgable they really went above and beyond.
Most importantly Ryan was always spotting no matter what and named everything immediately, you could tell they had a lot of experience and always knew where to be and got their first meaning we always had the best of the viewing (we would often be moving on as multiple cars appeared either scaring the wildlife away or making viewing difficult). Not only was the spotting and positioning good you could tell that everyone really cared about seeing the wildlife, we saw wild dogs on our last evening while driving back to the campsite and Ryan's dancing by the wheel and they walked past was (nearly) as good as the sighting iself. In three days worth of game drives we not only saw the Big 5, also wild dogs, hyena pups and bird-life than you could shake a stick at, it really was a special few days.
Away from the amazing wildlife the service provided was brilliant, the campsites were always good, the food was brilliant and the truck being used was well suited.
Communications were always brilliant from first email through to saying goodbye. Emails were responded to quickly and always giving as much information as possible even when things weren't ideal (an issue arose with a vehicle they were going to purchase, I was notified immediately with a range of suitable options all of which were as good if not better than my original choice). Thale and Ryan were always trying to make the trip work for me and really helped organizing it hassle free.
Wild Planet Safari really did provide an excellent service from start to finish, if I ever do make it back to Kruger I will definitely be using these guys.

nice one
My wife and I were very happy with our choice of Fanjove as the end point of a three week Tanzania vacation.

Great experience!
It was a great tour with the team! We got a pickup at the hotel and everything was just great. We had some problems with the payment but all went well because of the help from the employees from the company.
They changed the route of our tour, so it was the other way around. But it was not a problem at all, and our guide was so good and listening.
We saw all we wanted, the Big 5 etc.
Masai Mara is a bumpy ride. But this isn't because of the cards. The roads isn't great at all. For nobody. If you are getting sick of driving. Remember the drivesick-pills!
Will recommend the company to others!

Our guide, Gerard Maritz, proved knowlegable about all aspects of culture/heritage in South Africa.
Gerald Maritz was an excellent tour guide - able to accommodate some changes along the way and always open to our suggestions for a better experience that suited our needs. He has a thorough knowledge of culture and heritage and generously shared his insights along the way. It was a pleasure to have him aboard!
We did have issues with several of the accommodations preselected by the tour operator, but we're certain that our guide will bring our feedback forward so that changes can be made for future tours.
Best safari ever, accomodating, well organised and well priced!
Such a good safari, we saw two kills, 4/5 of the big five! John the guide went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. Accomodation basic but all you need, and the staff are lovely and food is great!
Overall excellent experience!

Excellent experience of Masai Mara
The tour was very well organized by Ruth and our driver cum guide Sam was amazing. He really took good care of us for 3D/2N Safari tour. We had good game drives and our first experience of Africa was made awesome by this wonderful team at World Escapes and Adventures travel. We highly suggest them for Kenyan holiday!

Seeing elephants wander through the plains in the pouring rain makes me rate our safari 11/10.
This was one of my favorite experiences E V E R and let me tell you why:
- We visited four places (Serengeti, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara) and all of them were different in terms of landscape and animals. The endless plains of Serengeti really are endless and nothing beats the surreal feeling of being small and overwhelmed by the vastness of this park. Tarangire is golden, the combination of baobab trees and elephant families is everything. Ngorongoro gave us apocalyptic vibes and was home to hundreds of zebras and buffalo. Lake Manyara changed my hate to monkeys to eternal love to monkeys (baby monkey riding on its mom's back? COME ON).
- Camping is cool, especially if it's in the middle of nowhere. And toilets are really fine!
- Our cook's cooking was impressive. Making pizzas, quiche and tarts in the field kitchen? I couldn't even make a sandwich there.
- Our guide Prayer was the kindest. He was genuinely happy when we managed to spot all the exciting animals and made us feel really welcome and taken care of.
11/10 would recommend!

Comfortable and fun safari trip close to Cape Town
This was a great introduction to South African wildlife. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and was great at spotting animals as went through the grounds. We had a lovely room, complete with a card welcoming us to the lodge and a bottle of sparkling wine. Very nice staff who did their best to help us with various questions.

Amazing experience!
Without doubt the most memorable 5 days we had in Tanzania. Thomas was very kind and helpful even at the start of our safari. Not to mention the extrem flexibility he provided during our safari mission - due to an early flight he completely rearranged our plan so that we can see everything we planned!
On the first day in Tarangire National Park we experienced one of our greatest moments with elephants. He is truly passionate about them and extremely proficient handling any situation with elephants (Probably one of the best among the guides). As we continued our journey thought Serengeti he also proved his punctuality and best service to complete our mission even to tight deadlines. Even if circumstances may not allow the best experience on a safari, he managed to chase our leopard at the end in Serengeti. Finally, on our last day, we also managed to see the big five in Ngorongoro where we even saw 3 rhinos separately (including a calf).
Having this short time limit and far distance between the parks, we were absolutley amazed at the end how Thomas arranged and managed the whole unforgettable safari trip we had within these 5 days.
Thank you for the great hospitality and we are looking forward to returning for another trip with Thomas in the near future.

Amazing Kenyan safari that is worth every penny!
Boundless Africa offers an excellent 4-day safari to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara National Park. This safari is worth every penny and is an incredible bargain! The communication was seamless. Annette, who handled all communications and payments, provided me with a detailed quote/invoice and answered all my questions clearly and in a timely manner. She made sure that we were all set up before our tour began, meeting us at our hotel and giving us a quick debrief, an itinerary for our journey, and introducing us to our driver. Annette and our driver, Peter, were very friendly, flexible, and accommodating to all our requests and questions! Peter was so knowledgeable and fielded our questions about the people, the culture, and the animals like a champ! Since we did a private tour (only my friend and I), we had a spacious 4x4 popup minivan all to ourselves, so that made the long drives from Nairobi to Masai Mara quite comfortable despite the dusty, bumpy road conditions. My only complaint is that one of the doors of the van was finicky and had to be finessed by Peter each time to open and close.
We saw tons of animals (including all of the Big 5), including TWO leopards (having a "wedding"), five white rhinos, two lions (a male and female) with fresh kills, and tons of elephants, giraffes (Masai and Rothschild), hippos, cape buffalo, and etc. The accommodations were all as described, clean and very comfortable. Food was also very delicious and had plenty of options for all palates! Flamingo Hill was especially luxurious and the service at Azure Masai Haven was top notch! But be aware, there is no WiFi in the rooms, only the common areas, and service/speed is spotty.
One suggestion I have is to include the credit card transaction fee (3%) to the fare listed, as this added additional cost to our safari that we were not expecting. You must add the fee into the final payment amount on the website, as the website doesn't automatically add the service fee to the final payment amount. We messed this up and ended up just paying the difference in person, so it was fine in the end!
