Amazing
5/5

Johnnie and the intern were both extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the most amazing trip, and when they only had a few days notice to do so. I highly recommend!

Great safari!
5/5

Communication with Juventus for the booking was great. The safari was as described (accommodation, itinerary) and our driver, Zakaria, was really good. He was always at the right spot to see animals and very patient. He was respectful of nature and had good knowledge of the different national parks. We had a great time talking with him at dinner as he shared details about Tanzania. I recommend Full package adventure!

An unforgettable experience of a lifetime!
5/5

The game drives led by our guide, David, were exceptional. His knowledge and ability to answer all our questions made us feel both informed and safe throughout the experience. David's energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best safari experience possible. He not only positioned us perfectly for the best photos but also actively sought out the animals we were eager to see, making every moment exciting and memorable.

The camps and lodges provided during the trip were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the accommodations themselves were clean and comfortable. This added to the overall enjoyment of our journey.

In terms of our services from start to finish, we were thoroughly impressed. Joel, our point of contact, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any queries or concerns we had. His efficiency and professionalism contributed greatly to the smoothness of our trip.

Overall, our experience with your company exceeded our expectations. The combination of knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made our safari unforgettable. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

An amazing tour and a great team!
5/5

We booked this safari last minute due to a change in our plans. After looking at about 10 different companies and messaging 5, we settled with Benson’s Safaris due to the personal touch we felt right from their first reply. While we had a few specific items we wanted to do over our planned 11 days, many of the companies just sent us a standard 8 day package. However Benson (and Peris) listened to us and recommended a package that included everything we hoped to do. Also, although we only first contacted them with 3 days to go, we managed to get an extra day very short notice and they were able to adjust our plans again!

From our first meeting we felt that Benson had our enjoyment as his first priority. Our guide, Liberatus, picked us up from the airport (without complaint, even though he had to wait several hours due to our flight being delayed). We met Benson the next day and he remained in touch throughout our trip. However Liberatus was an excellent guide and we saw every animal we were hoping to see and more.

We did a day at Kilimanjaro for a bit of a hike, as we plan to climb it and thought it might be good to see what the area was like. Then we stayed at Serval Wildlife which is expensive but an amazing experience (also no drinks there, so if you want wine in the evening bring your own!). I would recommend doing Serval at the end of your trip though, as you get so close to the animals! We did one day at Tarangire National Park which is an amazing place. We certainly could have done another day there. We then did a very bumpy drive to Lake Natron, because Lily wanted to see the flamingoes! It is an amazing place, really beautiful barren nature. But be warned, the drive is not smooth (even by usual standards here!).

Then we had 5 days in Serengeti National Park. We paid more to stay inside the park but it was worth it to wake up to herds of gazelles each morning and to hear the animals right outside! Liberatus is a very experienced guide, we saw lions every day, massive herds of wildebeest and zebra, even more hippos than Lily had hoped for (!!). We saw a cheetah eating and another time one jumped on our truck! Also managed to see a leopard with her prey in a tree. For me the highlight was a massive herd of over 60 elephants for which Liberatus placed us right at their watering hole. An amazing sight!

We did the Miracle Balloon flight over the Serengeti, which is well worth the money (and the early morning drive meant we did a bit of ‘night safari’ - we actually saw a pride of lions eating their meal right by the road!). We also did a day/night at Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area. That is an amazing place, unique really and we could have spent a few days there!

Ultimately however long you spend here it wont be enough, but Benson and his team will make sure you get the most out of it. We really appreciated the personal touch. We paid a bit more than we planned because it was just the 2 of us, and we decided to stay in the nicest lodges. But to be honest you’ll be so tired each night I’m not sure you need too much comfort to sleep! We both highly recommend Benson’s Safaris and we’re very pleased we did our trip with them!

Thank you Benson, Peris, Liberatus and the rest of the team x

The operator is very responsive. Everything they promised happened. We enjoyed our six day safari.
5/5

My husband and I just finished our six day small group Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongore, and lake Manyara. The trip is everything they promised on the booking sites. We saw many animals, learned a lot of animal behaviors from our guide Simba, and a lot about Maasai people. The lounging arrangements are great. All the food covered and is delicious. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Joshua who is our agent came to the hotel to welcome us and brought us gifts at the end. He was very patient with all our questions and requests.

Very well organized and refreshing to be around.
5/5

One of the best trips I've ever been on. Jennifer makes the process very clear and easy. Everything is well planned and the lodging is all top-notch. Saw wild animals on every tour and was very exciting to see them up close while also feeling safe the whole time. Got some awesome pictures and lifetime memories that I wouldn't have gotten without Peak Cruise Safaris.

Jennifer & Abdul were so thoughtful and informative throughout our trip!
5/5

First off, if you’re on the fence on booking them, let this be your sign to & just do it. Jennifer & Abdul picked us up on time at the airport, helped us with our bags & we took off to our 7 day safari. The lodges she booked for us were fantastic, food was yummy & healthy! When it came to the safari, everyday was eventful with a mix of game drives, cultural experiences & trekking for gorillas and chimpanzees. The tour operators went above and beyond to make sure we saw & did want we wanted, keeping all 5 of us in mind throughout our trip. So grab your friends and book a trip with Peak cruise safaris, you won’t regret it.

Attention to detail was fantastic, every step of the journey
5/5

My wife, 2 college age kids, my two older sisters and two of their grown children spent 14 days traveling to South Africa. It included 2 days in Johannesburg, 5 days on a fantastic safari in the Mali Mali, 2 days at Lake Victoria and 5 days in Cape Town. From the moment we arrived late at night until we departed two weeks later, Ranger Buck and their team planned was with us every step of the journey. I would not change a thing. 5 Stars to Archie and Maria and the entire Ranger Buck team.

Peak Cruise Safaris exceeded all my expectations with our 7day itinerary.
5/5

My experience with Peak Cruise Safaris was phenomenal. I traveled with a group of friends and we were all well taken care of. Jenifer and Abdul gave us the best of Uganda with our 7-day itinerary and I couldn’t have asked for better guides. This trip completely exceeded my expectations. I give this tour a 10/10 from beginning to end. Peak Cruise Safaris picked us up from the Kigali airport and graciously dropped us off at our next destination. The meals provided were delicious and the lodge accommodations were wonderful. I appreciated their patience & their excitement as we photographed away.

We certainly got our moneys worth and more. We were sad to leave Jenifer and Abdul as our trip concluded. I am forever grateful for such a memorable trip!
