Very professional, reliable, and responsive.
5/5

The booking process was a breeze. Both Pamela and Blessing were very communicable and responsive. The whole trip was amazing! Every place we visited was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. Hotels were nice and comfortable, food were fantastic, and more importantly our guide, Moto, was incredible. He always made sure we were well looked after, and definitely made the trip more memorable. Thank you very much!

Dennis was attentive to details, a good listener and responsive to our needs.

Our safari with Morningstar Safaris was incredible. Our guide, Jackson, was amazing! He was: prompt, reliable, responsive, compassionate, educational, informative, flexible, fun loving, great spotter of animals/birds, heartfelt, helpful and an absolutely amazing driver of the challenging "roads". We could not have chosen a better fit for our family than Jackson. Jackson even helped us navigate an issue with our lodging on our last night. We truly cannot thank him enough. We call ourselves Team Jackson as we were able to see so many animals/birds during our 8 days together ❤️. We saw elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, vultures, leopard, flamingos, warthogs, gazelles, dick dicks, monkeys, baboons and so many more birds/animals. We were fortunate to see baby zebras/elephants/giraffes that were sometimes nursing. The animals would occasionally walk very close to our safari truck. Jackson helped us navigate these close encounters successfully.
The camps/ lodges chosen for us were wonderful. Staff at Osinon Camp was wonderful and the food was so delicious!
We felt like Dennis created a reasonably priced safari experience that was an excellent experience thanks to our guide Jackson!
We would definitely use Morningstar again.
By the way, be aware that the Serengeti National Park does controlled burns in late June. This was a concern for us as 2 of our party have asthma. The Camp was responsive and moved us to the tents that were further away from the fire sites.
Again, Dennis was very helpful with planning our safari experience and very upfront about price breakdowns. We felt safe and cared for the entire time.

Wonderful experience, great guide
5/5

Communication and planning were top notch - we were contacted by our guide, Humphrey, before we were due to depart and were provided our guides details in advance too.
Humphrey was at our meeting spot in advance of our arrival and had us loaded up and on the road in short order.
We arrived at the park around 8am from Arusha and had a wonderful day day - we think we were incredibly lucky with what we saw during the day - lions, elephants, zebra, impala, ostriches, wilderness, vultures (feeding and flying!), dikdik, waterbuck, and buffalo, to name a few.
Humphrey has amazing eyes and pointed us to lilac breasted roller birds and tiny rock hyrax, and two types of mongoose. How he spotted these for us is beyond belief.
The day Humphrey planned for us had us at the quiet spots for lunch and not on top of other safari trucks.
The packed lunch was delicious, and not all the same so we could swap to meet our preferences.
Over all a wonderful day and we know how lucky we are - to any anyone reading this, we wish you the same fabulous sightings and experience we had.

2 day safari Tanzania
5/5

Amazing experience would highly recommend. Brilliant guides who were highly knowledgeable and made sure we saw a huge number of animals including a Rhino, Elephants, Hippos, Lions and their cubs! Would also suggest that in Ngorongoro you ask your guide to visit the Maasai people a fantastic opportunity to learn about their culture.
Great value for money. If I had more time I would have done a longer trip to go to the Serengeti

This tour gave us exactly what we wanted... and even more!
5/5

From the time of our pick up, to the drive to the safari, lunch, the overnight lodge, and the drive back to Arusha, we had the best experience with our guide, Mdee. Our time in the park was just right, and Mdee was patient as we went from site to site looking for various wildlife. He was knowledgeable about so much and offered us his insights from the beginning of the trip to the end. I've night, we started at a tent lodge which was a brand new experience that was perfect.

On the way back, we stopped at a Maasai weekend market and the Arusha Coffee Lodge. What an incredible experience that I had with my dad!

Thank you to everyone who made this possible for unforgettable memories!

Professional and very efficient!
5/5

I had a free day in Arusha so I decided to contact Biko Adventure Tours to see if they had a last minute opening available for Arusha National Park. I spoke with Saitoti, who I believe is the owner, and he quickly made arrangements for me in 10 minutes. About an hour or less later I was greeted at the hotel
I was staying at, by Saitoti and the Guide/Driver, Said, and Travel Consultant/Photographer, Gift. Arusha National Park is marvelous but, the expertise and knowledge from both Said and Gift made the experience much better! We were able to have up close and personal experiences with Baboons, Blue Monkeys, Red Duikers, Spotted Waterbucks, African Water Buffalo, Black & White Colobus Monkeys, Warthogs, Zebras and tons of Giraffe! The Safari truck was a roof hatch that lifted and it allowed for top notch viewing. A boxed lunch was also provided which consisted of a beef pie, chicken, potato and beef kobobs, fruit juice and yogurt. Water and Cola was also provided during the tour! The landscapes in this park are beautiful, you have flat areas and also hilly areas; on a good day you can see Mt Meru, but due to the clouds we could not spot it. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience and I would suggest anyone who has a free day or even a half day in or near Arusha, to contact Biko Adventure Tours and make it happen! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful country

Last year in June 2023 I booked a trip with azas safaris Uganda , me and my other 3 friends kept on talking to Simon and prisca monthly and they promised us a great trip. At first I was abit worried but after viewing their work online , I decided to move with them. And the rest was history.
It was a fly in trip from Entebbe to Bwindi and then relaxing in bunyonyi .
Azas safaris Uganda recommended us a one day relaxing after gorillas trekking activity, yes it’s kinda hectic.

I knew English but my colleagues only knew Spanish but azas safaris Uganda provided us a translator who helped us all through.
We had our gorilla trekking activity, it was nice to see human like creatures in the wild , it’s safe though scary 😃

Accommodation was up to our expectations, mahogany lodge was awesome and bird nest resort in bunyonyi was amazing with a great view to the lake . We also interacted with a community which was great. Later we came back to Entebbe airport through kisoro , a hilly area with amazing views.
For gorilla trekking activities, I recommend this company ( azas safaris Uganda ) , they gave us a great memory , we have already referred them to our friends who are travelling with them next year in summer.
We shall miss Uganda. 🇺🇬

Elephant Herd was incredibly great to work with and delivered high quality adventures!
5/5

My family and a close friend booked five adventures through Elephant Herd. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! They were very knowledgeable, incredibly flexible, warm, friendly, reasonably priced, and very helpful! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company! From the company owners to the safari rangers to the drivers, all were first-rate and gave us experiences that will last a lifetime. As an example, Brendon, who owns the company with his wife, was able to meet all of our requests for tours and was even able to work in a drop-off at a shopping site for two of us while then dropping off the other two members of our group at a site to visit elephants! Also, Bekifa, one of our rangers, was beyond committed to finding a rhino for us to see on our last day at Kruger so that we could complete our sitings of the Big 5. He successfully found three for us to see! It was magical! This is a wonderful company with excellent communication, service, reliability, and a passion for what they do. We could not ask for more!
