Promptly responsive, reliable, and enjoyable to deal with.
5/5

My husband and I just returned from a seven-week trip to southern and east Africa, which included a 9-day tour with Cultural Vibes. We dealt with Tongesai Mutematsaka in planning the trip, and he was our driver and main guide. (He was a safe driver which added to our enjoyment of the trip.) He was completely and promptly responsive to queries and requests beforehand, and arranged lodging and meals that were excellent. Our tour included Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park with boat rides on both the Zambezi and Chobe Rivers, Elephant Sands, Planet Baobab, a special side trip to see meerkats near the Nwetwe Pan, Maun, Moremi National Park, and a canoe ride in, and a helicopter ride over, the Okavango Delta. The trip included numerous game drives and two nature walks. It would be impossible to overstate what a great value this trip was, and how nice Tongesai was to deal with. There were no hitches or glitches, and we learned and saw more than we had even hoped. We also liked that Cultural Vibes helps meet the needs of local grade school students, as primary education is not paid for by the government. We recommend Cultural Vibes to anyone interested in visiting Southern Africa -- an excellent company and beautiful area of the world.

Safari with Damian, Hakuna Matata!
5/5

The experience with Suricata Safari was truly excellent. All accommodation was of quality, transfers were made on time and according to personal needs. The guide Damian was very friendly and drove very well and the cook served delicious and refined dishes.
My partner and I were able to enjoy excellent travel companions and the days passed happily.
Among the places that I will carry in my heart there will certainly be the Serengeti park and the Ngorogoro Tortilis Camp where we were able to dance with the local people.

I recommend Suricata Safari and the safari in the parks of Tanzania.
An experience to enjoy the beauty of the Earth and a hospitable, genuine and warm-hearted people.

Soul of Madagascar Tours provided a wonderful, educational, unforgettable experience.
5/5

My wife and I recently completed a once-in-a-lifetime 7-week trip to southern and eastern Africa, including eight days in Madagascar. Theresia helped us create an itinerary within our budget and promptly responded to any questions and requests we had. Our main guide Tahiry, and driver Rakotondamasy, were a lot of fun and helpful throughout the trip. Tahiry in particular saw that we achieved our main goals in Madagascar: to visit Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, to see the baobabs, and to learn about the people of Madagascar (as well as the agriculture and farm animals). The trip included a few short ferry rides which were interesting and enjoyable in themselves. He was knowledgeable about the countryside and gave us good insights into the people and surroundings, including the effects of weather throughout the year. The country and its people are amazing. While each of the several southern and eastern African countries we visited were different, Madagascar was the most different from the others. We highly recommend Soul of Madagascar Tours and Tahiry to anyone wanting to make a trip there.

Great customer service, easy booking, fast replies and of course awesome safari options
5/5

Everything is already said in the title ;-)
Even though we had some changes of plans and a lot of questions before deciding for one of the safari options the communication via E-Mail was always easy and the replies were almost immediate.
In the end we stayed at the Greenfire Lodge and enjoyed every second of it!
Big thanks from Austria!

Excellent tour operator; incredible trip
5/5

We booked a 2 week trip to Tanzania via B2C and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Here's why:

On the front end: flexibility. I had a lot of requests and Maliwaza worked with us to make the trip exactly what we wanted: we made several additions to the itinerary, including a day to visit Lake Manyara (tip: it was nice but the other 3 parks we visited [Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro] were much better) and adding 4 days in Zanzibar at the end; we were quoted a lower rate by another operator for the Serengeti balloon ride and she immediately honored it; when I asked if there were any opportunities to reduce the cost of the trip she worked with us to find a few slightly less expensive hotels (which were still great).

During the trip: stellar customer service. Our guide, Aziz, was absolutely fantastic. He had over 20 years of experience and it showed (tip: ask for an experienced guide!). Not only was he an excellent driver (which is important, considering the roads and lack of signage), but he also excelled in finding game in less busy areas. He could spot a cheetah from hundreds of feet away, tracked prints in the dirt, and after comparing notes with some of the other lodge guests at the end of the evening it was fair to say that we consistently saw more. And lastly, he looked out for us in all ways. He advised on how to tip at the hotels, helped haggle with vendors, made sure every hotel knew our food restrictions, and made us feel very safe considering we were a same-sex female couple with kids traveling in a country where homosexuality is illegal.

We also had excellent customer service from Maliwaza on the admin staff. We had an issue with our outbound flight (tip: some countries require transit visas even if you don't leave the airport, so do your research!) and were going to miss our connecting flight from Nairobi to Arusha. I texted Mali and asked for her help. By the time we landed, knowing how expensive it would be to book new connecting flights for all 5 of us, she had arranged for car transport for us from Nairobi to Arusha, not only at a fraction of the cost, but which also allowed us to not miss any of our safari time.

I could go on and on but will end by saying that a) this was the trip of a lifetime and something we will remember forever, and b) we were in excellent hands through the entire process. Highly, highly recommend B2C.

They listened & responded to all our requests, making our experience amazing.
5/5

We found Speke Uganda Holidays to be very reliable, communicative and safety oriented. We never felt unsafe during the course of our trip. The driver (Innocent) was very respectful, making sure our needs were met and his driving was safe. Uganda is one of the most lush and beautiful countries where the people are welcoming and friendly. We felt the trip was certainly good value for the money. The wildlife safaris and trekking the Gorillas and chimpanzees were just an exceptional experiences. Meeting the local villagers was an added bonus without which this trip wouldn't have been wholesome. Overall the trip was fantastic and we will certainly use them in the future.
