Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to making sure I saw everything I wanted.
I did a day trip from Kigali to Akagera National Park and had a great experience with Shalom Safaris! Unlike other services where you have to pay separately for park entrance fees, meals and other aspects of the experience, this booking included everything I needed for the day. My guide, Richard, was very knowledgeable and committed to making it a great experience, and we managed to see four of the "big five" animals (including lions, which can be difficult to find during the hit mid-day hours). I definitely recommend it!

Axis Safaris is reliable and we had a great experience
We travelled to the Masai Mara, 3 day 2 nights tour with Axis and had the best experience all throughout the journey.. The communication was prompt and optimal. The Driver - Johnny of the safari vehicle was exceptional as he knew all the spots in Mara.. Though the trip was pricey because of the migration season, they ensured it was well enjoyable, authentic and personal.. Would definitely do it again and recommend to others as well!

Safari of a lifetime
A week ago, my family and I went on 4-day Safari to Kidepo Valley National Park with Tubale Safaris. We really had a great time as everything was so well organized, the accommodation we slept at Adere Lodge was beautiful and clean. We plan to visit again for a longer safari in December and we will surely be using Tubale Safaris again. Highly recommend!

Panthera is a kind and responsible team that offers great experiences. Being a group of 9 people with different wishes, it was great to have Panthera guide us through it all and create a programme for everyone. The attention to women and local communities meant a trip beyond just wildlife, one that really gave us memories to treasure. Can highly recommend.

I’m a 70+ (years) a Great Grandma trying to keep up with the family. I was there just for the ride and had no plans for the Safari but was convinced last minute to go. From the moment I met the owner, and workers from Likana I had an experience as if I had won the lottery. They treated me like royalty. Budongo Forest was full of wonderful surprises and Murchison Falls was breathtaking I was constantly being educated about the area, and felt a need sense of belonging. I always felt safe. They made sure this seasoned citizen was comfortable, hydrated, and patiently waited while I kept up at my own pace. It my first Safari but won’t be my last adventure with Likana Safari.

Brilliant from start to finish, great communication and very professional.
From initial enquiry to end of safari, we have been so impressed with Serengeti Smile. Fantastic communication by Baraka in the office, with immediate responses to all our requests. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 14 hours later than planned, but nothing was too much trouble. Libe, our safari guide has given us an amazing safari through Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti and back to Ngorogoro Crater. We saw everything we hoped for and more, again, nothing too much trouble, brilliant driver, it has been like travelling with a friend. What a brilliant trip. Thank you so much!

EPIC adventure with great people:)
There is a plenty of Safari organising companies in Tanzania. Some are big, some are small, some are local some are not. As I'm a travel planner control freak I have contacted around 30 to make sure I chose well. As one of only few Relish of Africa have read my proposed plan, they did not come back with an alternative, they have also understood our budget and helped with finding the best accommodation possible still within it. They were also very responsive, I was getting a reply to even the smallest question withing a couple of hours. They cater with no problem for our dietary requirement (two of us were vegan), and also helped out with renting last minute a proper camera with serious lens.
Yes they are small company but that's why they listen to you, they go that extra mile to make the safari as memorable as its possible. By going with them, you are truly supporting local people, their family and community, not a company which runs from Amsterdam or Berlin.
We (4 people) went on 6 days/5 nights safari trough Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Natron. and it was EPIC!! We were accompanied by the guide Emmanuel "the eagle eye" and chef Pascal "the dancer", both men of many talents:) Their knowledge, the skills, the wit and the humour made this trip simply perfect. this is the easiest recommendation we all have ever made. We could not have been in better hands on our first ever African adventure and we will be back in the future for another safari in a different season:)
