Always available for any need. Kenya Safari at Masai Mara and lakes Nakuru and Naivasha.
5/5

I was really impressed of the care received during all Week safari tour in Kenya. Felix the manager of the Tour Operator, was in contact with us, a group of 4, during the entire tour by asking if we needed anything and updating us about the schedule. We have been in Masai Mara for 3 nights Where we stayed at Mara Engai Lodge and Entim camp Lodge. Both breathtaking locations where we have had a memorable stay. After we headed to the lakes Nakuru and Naivasha where we have not been disappointed either from the Safari and from accomodation choice. The Cliff at Nakuru is just amazing with luxury tents overlooking the lake. The driver was really professional and was able to let us find all big five. The tour operator has an agreement with Qatar Airways staff for special rates and special care. For the 4 of us was considered one of best trip ever. Thank you Felix and all staff of Marhaba Holidays and my sincere compliments to your organization. Im sure I Will come back and inspire others to contact you for the best Safari Holiday. Ciao

Well-organized tour with high level of professionalism at an economical cost
5/5

We planned our Kenya trip at the last minute to see the Migration. Most of the tour operators declined quoting no availability. The ones who shared availability quoted exorbitant rates. Kiboko was the only one that stood out on both accounts. They have availability & were one of the lowest quotes we had received. Communications with Clare (the Kiboko representative) were mostly on email.
We never had any problem getting out point across to her. She was kind enough to adjust the itinerary based on our request & also give us the hotels we asked for. Once we reached, we never had to worry about our transfers, pickups etc. The driver/ guide was always arranged for us. All the hotels were excellent. Every small detail had been taken care of, e.g., picnic meal on the full day safari.
Clare was also available on Whats App & call whenever we needed her. The level of professionalism of Kiboko was high. I can safely say it exceeded our expectations. The safaris were well conducted. Our safari driver/ guide, Alfred, understood what we wanted to see & ensured we did not miss out on anything. He was quite knowledgeable & imparted a lot of information about animals, birds & Kenya to us.
All our other drivers - Wilfred, Abdul & Charles - were nice & polite too. The only one negative of our trip was when we left Nairobi to get to Masai Mara. In a bid to overtake a lorry, we almost had a head on collision with an oncoming vehicle. We feel this could have been avoided by our driver if he was not trying to overtake hastily. Nonetheless, after this episode, he drove more carefully.

Great!

What a fantastic trip to Namibia … what a country, what land, what a fabulous experience.
The tour was superb. The guide was a dream - knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a great ambassador for his country - a joy to be with. The places we stayed were great … some glamping, a hotel and an upgrade to a safari lodge (altho we would have prefered the tented camp as per the itinerary). The food was excellent, prepared by excellent cooks. The service was superb and the absolute pinnacle was finding hot water bottles in our beds in the bitterly cold desert nights. In Damarland, we tracked desert elephants and came across a herd of eleven; we tracked a rhino and baby for about 90 minutes - very exciting - but didn’t find them; we saw desert giraffes … again very exciting. And it was brilliant to be in remote, empty places with no phone connection, no internet and just be consumed by the land and the here and now. At the lodge when we were having an early breakfast, a male lion appeared at the waterhole … and when he’d finished we could hear him roaring in the bush.
I would book through Kingfisher Safaris again - Martin was always at the end of the email, always helpful and knoweldgeable. I would also go on a trip with Wilderness Safaris again - thorougly recommend Diverse Namibia tour.

Amazing safari
5/5

The safari was very well organized.
We did 7 days and 5 nights in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, lake manyara and Tarangire. Our driver was really good. He was with us all the time. Tents were good and the esperience in the no fenced Camp was Amazing, even if the Camp site toilet were not perfect. Also the Cook came with us for all the time to prepare amazing breakfast, dinner and lunchbox for the day. We had always enough water and Also wine during the dinner. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful Safari Experience
5/5

A trip to the heart of the bush, made unforgettable by our guide Lucky who, tireless and very expert of places, has accompanied us in this exciting adventure. Thanks also to the Master chef Smooth, to Sugar and Jacob and to the whole team Gifts of the Kalahari. A perfect organization. Colors, scents, and sounds of Botswana will remain in our memories.

Unique experience with endless open skies and fantastic crew & horses
5/5

Was going through the reviews listed and couldn't agree more, it was such an amazing trip. The whole operation is extremely well organized and crew is very experienced, and just so friendly and helpful. They take great care of guests and horses. Both guests & crew were fun to hang out with around the campfire.
Was a bit worried my riding level and fitness weren't enough, but these horses are quite something. Alert, forward going and well behaved, they're cool with taking you through the desert so you can just sit there and enjoy the view.
Camping was much more luxurious than I expected, and food was delicious, varied and plenty. Bedrolls surprisingly cozy and comfortable even with minus temperatures at night. Seen more shooting stars than I had wishes to make.
Hope to go again! Would advise to add a few days in Namibia after the safari to transition back to normal life.
