Great holiday with an excellent tour operator.
My wife and I recently booked a trip to Diani Beach with Edith from Kenya Safari Arcade.
The whole process was so smooth - Edith recommended several hotels for us to choose from and after we had made our selection she arranged everything on our behalf, from the hotel room to our flights and the transfers. All we had to do was turn up at the airport.
Edith was always quick to answer our questions and everything from start to finish could not have been easier.
The flight and transfers were excellent and the hotel itself was a great recommendation, meaning that we had a very relaxing stay at the coast.

We were totally satisfied with their service. They were always trying to suit our schedule and our guide, Nelson was so experienced. They were also reasonable, polite and honest. I would definitely choose Campofrio Safaris if I came back to Kenya.
Fun friendly knowedgeable service
I went with Godwin and Stanley of Yala Safaris on a tour around the Fort Portal and Queen Elizabeth area, including highlights such as hiking in the Rwenzori mountains and chimp trekking in Kibale, and staying in great accomodation in beautiful surroundings. Godwin ensured that the whole thing went smoothly and enjoyably, and that we got it all for a an extremely fair price. I will be using them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else thinking of visiting Uganda!

Superb Experience
Splendor holidays is a very reliable and helpful operator. We had been provided the best Safari experience by them. The safari guide who accompanied us has done a great job in helping us explore the Masai Mara. The resort they chose for us was superb with very comfortable rooms, very scenic too.

Safari on the go
On a Saturday, I'd decided I wanted to go to South Africa. Yup. I managed to get last minute tickets from Delta for Sunday early morning flying from Montreal, a stop by Atlanta, and finally to Pretoria. While I waited at the airport to fly to South Africa, I got the idea that THE thing to do in South Africa would be to go on a safari – little did I know people planned and booked a year in advance to for these sort of trips. In between airport WI-FIs, I contacted many people from safaribookings.com. They were all quite nice, but they all gave me the same answer that this was really a last minute request and they couldn't really accommodate.
Then I contacted Adventure Anywhere and Ryan replied that despite the difficulties, he could work something out. I only needed a few email exchanges in-between connecting flights to have a 4 day safari planned. By the time I landed in South Africa, it was as easy as a few follow up calls where I was put in contact with Doug. Doug was an expert guide, but more than that, he managed to negotiate a last minute bush walk which was the ultimate experience of the whole trip. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest of client to deal with, but Adventure Anywhere was able to accommodate what was essentially a hard ask from me, and for that I highly recommend them.
If I was able to get a great experience with little planning, I can only image what they can do with some more leeway.

Wonderful experience!
It was our first time on a safari and it was a wonderful experience! We saw 3 of the big 5, but that was no big deal. We did see a rare black rhino as well.
The best part was the surprise bush braai, which was really amazing!

Wonderful Honeymoon - thanks to Ker Downey Africa!
We will not think twice about using Ker Downey Africa for all our future travels. Their level of professionalism is of the highest standard and I have to compliment them on the friendly and attentive manner in which all our many, many questions and requests were dealt with (especially since I can be a bit of a perfectionist!). We decided to spend our honeymoon in Seychelles but wanted to experience two of the islands, which meant organising two hotels, extra connecting local flights and additional transport to and from the airport - not to mention researching double the amount of room options and honeymoon specials... All of this while having a wedding to plan! Handing over all the planning to KDA was one of the best decision we could have made. We gave them our budget and they took care of the rest! Everything was arranged up to the last little detail!

Safari guide was good-experienced, knew animals/birds very well. Very satisfied with whole safari tour arrangement including staying.

Kilimanjaro - Machame route
In January 2015, I climbed Kilimanjaro through the Machame route together with four other climbers. We all made it to Uhuru Peak thanks to wonderful and professional guiding from Chacha. I highly recommend him.

Turkana Tour
My son and I enjoyed our Turkana trip immensely. We would recommend it to anyone. The food was basic but good. The tents were comfortable though I was glad I had my son to help me put it up. Overall, a great time!
