Everything goes perfect
We did a 6 day safari with Jockey Tour. Everything was perfect and above our expectation. The communication before the trip was very smooth and they responded to every email quickly. They required a very small deposit to confirm the tour. Our tour guide Johnny Jackson was the best. He is a very experienced guide which made our trip very enjoyable. We saw everything we wanted to see.

Amazing Memories Safaris is the wise choice
It really gives me an amazing memories. Nevill helps me arrange the whole journey reasonably. and our guide Peter is the best guide. He has the excellent driving skill, and also is an animal expert. He can take us to find the animal we want to see. And appreciate for his efforts, finally we saw the great migration- wildebeests across the Mara river, which is really magnificence sight.

Indigo Safaris understood our desires and created a tailor-made holiday that we will never forget.
Our family went on an amazing two-week holiday to South Africa from late July-early August 2024. While I was somewhat familiar with South Africa, the process of arranging the perfect safari and arranging the rest of our South Africa trip was daunting. While I usually prefer to be self-sufficient, I contacted several tour operators. I was immediately highly impressed with Indigo Safaris and especially Matthew. Matthew was highly responsive and quickly understood our family’s interests and adjusted itinerary proposals as we adjusted our price ranges and travel wishes. We booked our holiday relatively short notice, and Matthew worked diligently to find availabilities at the ideal locations. At each stop along our trip, Matthew’s guidance to the lodges, hotels, and transfers were followed through. There was not one small detail that did not go perfectly as planned. He also provided various guidance on driving routes, restaurants, and places to consider avoiding. We spent four nights on our safari and our lodge stay was incredible. We also not only saw the Big 5, but also the Magnificent Seven. I would highly recommend Indigo Safaris and I would definitely use them again.

The schedule is very efficient and the driver is highly experienced. He led us to all the popular animals we expected, and for most we have a chance to see them in a close distance, very clear. He is also very knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions. Especially, Johnny has a talent in languages.

Great family adventure
While there are 100s of different tours offered here, we eventually chose Meru Slopes due to number of good reviews and good itinerary and price. We did 5days including wilderbeast migration.
Everything went smooth from the first contact. We communicated through email and whatsapp and was really easy to adjust the trip to our wishes and explore diffrent route options. Our contact Almachius was quick to respond even on weekends.
Once on tour our driver guide Robulu was great and very knowlegable about all the animals, with great level of english. We chose low budget, but sleeping in camps added to the adventure for kids. We went one day to Northern Serengeti to see the great migration. We didnt see the river crossing so if you really want to see it, we suggest to add a night in northern part of the park. But we did see all of the big five and countless other animals. We saw Leopard up close and personal which was one of the highlights of the trip. Although I do think 5 days of Safari is the right amount and we were quite tired at the end.
Food was good and you also get some sodas and beer/wine included. Believe me after long days of driving a beer at dinner feels really nice.
They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and even offered to help when we forgot our camera in hotel on our departure. So throughout we had all the support needed travelling on our own, without the international agency involved.
While Im sure other companies also provide great services, as everybody in Tanzania is super friendly, but choosing Meru Slopes is something we do not regret. And for people travelling to Africa on their own accord, that dont like travelling through travel agencies in groups, we definetly recommend Meru Slopes.

They entrusted us to the expert guidance of Rueben, a reliable, punctual, and friendly driver, who was an unbeatable guide for our safaris. Despite being in a busy tourist season, they made us feel like friends, sharing lunches and dinners with us in Nairobi and making us a part of their family life and that of the country that hosted us. Amazing experience
We recently returned from an unforgettable trip organized by Savannah Explorers, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. Our journey began with a 5-day safari, followed by a trip to Zanzibar. It was truly the best trip of our lives.
From the very beginning, Micky was incredibly easy to communicate with. He was responsive, answering all our questions quickly and thoroughly, and he had a solution for every concern or problem that arose.
During the safari, we were fortunate to have Maulidy as our guide. He was nothing short of amazing—truly a professional in every sense of the word. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and local environment made each game drive an enriching experience. He was also incredibly friendly and attentive.
Lodges and hotels were comfortable and provided excellent service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs we had.
