What a fantastic experience! Our trip with Malika Travel was taken care of down to the last detail and exceeded all our expectations. From the start it felt personal and professional: all our questions were answered in detail, and our wishes were taken into account. The trip itself was fantastic, with experienced guides and drivers who were always on time. The fact that we were only in the jeep with our own family ensured that we could take time for things that were important to us.
During the safaris, our guide made the difference: he had an eye for detail and a lot of patience. Thanks to him, we had unique experiences, such as a perfect view at a river crossing and a close encounter with a cheetah and her (5!!!) little cubs. The hotels were also excellent and we didn't have to worry about anything.
The personal touch, such as a welcome home card, made it extra special. Kenya itself was great, with friendly and cheerful people who made our trip unforgettable.
The trip is now a few months behind us, but we still talk about it every week. Looking back on 2024, the entire family named the Kenya trip as the absolute highlight of the year!

Our 2night/Safari with Kihindo has been a wonderful experience from all points of view. Our guide was very competent and well prepared on animals and wildlife, as well as a great company during our days together. The Safari experience at Mikumi Park was beyond our best expectations, as I've never seen so many animals in just a single day in any other park I went before. Accommodation at Bastiani Camp was great too, with super spacious bungalows/rooms equipped with all comforts. In conclusion, a more than positive experience, absolutely recommended for those who want to have a splendid Safari without spending too much money.

Isak had so much knowledge about the animals and could answer all our questions with a smile
Lenny was so reliable and friendly, and did everything to give us an unforgettable experience. The transfer from the hotel to Mikumi was good with stop for great lunch on the way, the AC in the bus was really good too. When we arrived in the park and started the game drive the guide Isac made sure that we saw all the animals that we wished to see. We were really lucky to see 8 lions in a close distance which were so cool! After the game drive we were all more than satisfied with the tour and then we went for dinner and sleep at Bastian camp. The venue was really cool and the food was great, we enjoyed the pool on the second day before traveling back to Dar es salaam.

First of all, if you are wondering (like us) if Crater Explorer Tours and Safaris is reliable, I can assure you that despite the fears we were followed from beginning to end. Emanuel was very kind, he guided us by message and answered all our questions and requests remotely. When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by the driver who took us to Arusha, where Emanuel himself explained the Safari program to us.
Personally we chose the 5-day safari and warned, under the guidance of John - our guide as knowledgeable as he was kind - infinite animal species. When we also spotted the fourth and fifth of the Big 5, leopard and rhino, he was more excited than us. Emanuel our cook, on the other hand, delighted us for days with dishes that we already miss. The food is good, cooked with love, and quite varied. Tanzanian customs enter your heart and you end up getting used to them. Especially to smiles, accompanied by the inevitable ‘Hakuna Matata’.

We did the 7-Day Lemosho Route in November 2024 as a group of six and everything was great.
