Incredible Safari
I contacted Lesara Tours after a Kenyan friend recommended them. From the outset they were extremly professional.
They gave several options for the 5 days I had available in Kenya, from visiting museums and interesting places in Nairobi to a visit to Lake Naivasha and the Masai Mara.
Lake Naivasha was amazing, while the Mara was without words. In a single day we were lucky enough to see 4 of the 5 greats of Africa and we fulfilled the list the very next day.
The staff was very professional, always looking to accomodate and to this day we keep in contact.

Fanaka Africa Tours arranged a very fantastic safari Tour for our Family. We sent together with another Family to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Everything was on time. The accommodations were very nice. And we had some special wishes for our trip which all were met.
Our guide Melchior was also very polite and knew a lot about the animals and the parks.

Excellent experience, from start to finish
Great communication and very careful attention to detail from the start. Our guide Noah was terrific - friendly, attentive, informative and careful without being overbearing, making for an excellent 4-day experience. I won't hesitate to recommend Karumuna to others and hope to one day explore more of Uganda with them.

Highly recommended- excellent tour agent - easy customization of our tour!
All the way from our first inquiry till ended safari and follow-up, the communication was great. We initially asked for a couple of tour options for the days when we were in Kenya, primarily asking for Amboseli and Masai Mara. We got a detailed schedule in return, specifying the activity for each day/dates. We landed on a 6 day Hakuna Matata tour and paid a booking fee (the rest on arrival).
As we landed in Nairobi, the tour agent waited for us as promised. That was an hour after we arrived, as our luggage didn't arrive. As a result, we were only holding our cameras and the clothes we were standing in. The tour agent rearranged the tour on the spot, made the necessary rebooking and followed up the airline for us. Our guide helped us find a mall to do some emergency shopping that same evening. A couple of days later the lost luggage was flown in to Masai Mara.
Prepare for a lot of driving between the national parks, that means 4-6 hours in the car. It may be bumpy, but never uncomfortable. The vehicle is tough and the driver was nice and informative. He really wanted to show us what we wanted to see, asking us in the start of the safari. We got to see most of the Big Five, except the leopard. As we wanted to see the cheetahs, we were really happy to see them on many occasions.
March is a good month, as our guide said the grass would have been much higher by June and July. Then it would have been much harder to spot the animals. It is also not that many others out on safari, so the savannah is much more "yours".
We highly recommend this travel agent and will definitely use them again if we go back to Nairobi for safari!

I went with Fanaka Africa Tour June 2016 to Zanzibar. From the moment we were picked up at the airport till we left Tanzania again everything was excellent. The hotels, which was booked, were amaxing and our driver was so punctual.

An amazing 7-day Safari in Tanzania
We chose Gosheni for our safari and could not be happier. Pendo helped us create an itinerary to suit our tastes and was very responsive when we asked for a few adjustments. Our driver and guide Zadock was great too, accommodating every request and helping us find and identify many different animals and birds. The jeep was comfortable and clean, with cold water, soft drinks and tea/coffee available whenever we wanted it. We couldn't be happier with our experience - it really felt like Gosheni wanted to give us the best possible week, and we'll never forget it.
A six pack holiday to Botswana
Having previously been on a top quality holiday to Botswana organised by Safari Club, this time my wife and I invited four friends to join us. Therefore, there was no room for mistakes or a lower quality trip than before, my wife had promised them the best safari going...
We travelled via Cape Town and toured South Africa for a week before going to Botswana Wilderness camps And then returned home via Johannesburg. Three couples all had different itineraries, different departure dates, different return dates and all flew different airlines to S A. Paul at Safari Club organised everything, and it all worked perfectly.

Memorable
Watching the wildebeest migration in the vast planes of Serengeti is an unforgettable memory.
Visit Serengeti and Ngorongoro is a must for any adventure traveller. The tents at Heritage Tented camps were very roomy and comfortable. We could hear lions passing by and buffalos eating just outside our tent. I loved Manyara Park with its diversity of wildlife, hippos and thousands of flamingos. I would recommended this company to anyone, a very interesting itinerary and great staff.

Our guide Sheldon was a wealth of knowledge and his descriptives of both battles was superb

You can't get any better than THE BEST!
Words cannot describe the amazing adventure my husband and I had on our 7-day safari! Everything from the immediate response to my first email inquiry to the sad farewell we had to bid our incredible guide, and the many months of Joao's customized planning and friendly conversation in between, went far beyond our every expectation. The entire staff is top notch! We dreamed for years of a private safari for two but never imagined it could become a reality. We chose the camping to better fit within our budget and couldn't imagine doing it any other way. Our guide Emma made each and every day extra special and we enjoyed his personality immensely! We were also blown away by the quality of food. Pascali kept good care of us and my vegetarian needs. I think I must have gained 5kg with all of that great cooking!
