Great planning with prompt communications and fair price
I have used Safaribookings.com for a few times and have good experience. I selected Botswana and Zimbabwe as my destinations. As usual I contacted 3 different travel agents on Safaribookings.com and Sian Edwards from Off2Africa was the first to respond my initial request and the fastest in subsequent correspondence. This is important with the time zone different. Sian also regular answered my questions during the weekend. Sian has wealth of knowledge of the geography, various camps offerings, etc., and she helped us to pick 5 different camps for our 11-day adventure. I shared my itinerary to a couple of safari guides at different camp in Botswana, they all praised the travel plan and the unique arrangements allowing us to see the great diversity of geography and wildlife of the country. We never felt we were repeating our game drives because they were all unique and different. At Nxai Pan, it was a salt pan (or desert like) land based safari. At Okavango Panhandle, it was water only safari. At Okavango Delta, it was grassland 4x4 water crossing safari. At Chobe River, it was the classic national park safari. They all unique from each other. Sian was able to connected all of them seamlessly. We have zero issue in the hand-off between each camp via flight or shuttle. It was totally stressless. We just showed up and everything just worked as planned. When I had any questions during the trip, Sian was able to answer usually within a few hours.
The great communications went beyond just answer calls or emails. Off2Africa provided a custom website dedicated for my trip. It detailed each element of the trip from transportation to lodging, and info about each location and all the activities. Off2Africa also provided an app during our trip and it simply made life easier during the trip.
One of the most important question you as a reader wanted to know is the price. I would say "Fair". You can always negotiate and find a slightly lower price somewhere but I believe Sian is fair and very reasonable. I did spot check a few of the camps and activities prices. Sian was right there. We were not overcharged at all.
Our group was original 2 couples which was very simple. 2 rooms at each camp and we are good to go. Half way in our planning my travel partners added their adult daughter to the trip. Sian was able to add one more person to our plan creatively. I think she did a fantastic job of helping us minimize any single surcharges. Yes, the single paid more but I think it was very reasonable. @sian - thanks!!
This is my 4th trip to Africa Safari and by far this is the best safari trip. I will not hesitate to recommend Off2Africa and Sian Edwards.

5 days central and Northern Serengeti
I was in Tanzania with a group trip (Kilimanjaro & 3-day safari Ngorogoro, Tarangire, Manyara) and wanted to add on an additional safari experience in the Serengeti. I settled on Easy Travel as the tour company to do this, configuring a custom 5-day safari in the central and northern Serengeti to capture the wildebeest migration. They were fantastic - planning itinerary, lodging, hot air balloon, and in-country flights. I found all logistics and accommodations to exceed expectations and had a great time.
Most importantly, the make or break of any safari IMO, my driver-guide Rajabu was outstanding. Right after landing and clarifying my safari goals we saw Cheetah, Lions, Hippos, and a Leopard. Now - game sightings are very much luck as well as skill - you can never guarantee where animals will be/how they will act. But Rajabu did a great job working with other guides to figure out where our optimal viewing based on my goals would be. He was flexible on scheduling and had no issue with eating most of our meals in the bush to maximize safari time! His knowledge of the animals is deep, and his amiable disposition made the days run smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Easy Travel and Rajabu to anyone looking for a safari and would work with them again enthusiastically!

Gorilla trekking in Uganda
We had an amazing experience on our gorilla trekking trip in Africa, thanks to our fantastic guide and driver! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All of the lodges were booked by the agency and were of great quality (we chose the mid-range option). The car was always clean and comfortable, and any requests we had during the trip were promptly addressed. Our guide was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire journey stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent tour operator that created a great itinerary and accommodated all our requests
After doing research on several companies, we chose to book a 10 day safari with Amazing Memories Safaris at the end of 2023. I ultimately chose them because they were accommodating to all of my requests and responded quickly to my many questions (thank you Anne, Brian, and Nevill). Our itinerary and accommodations included:
1. Lake Nakuru - Sarova Lion Hill Lodge
2. Maasai Mara - Soroi Luxury Migration Camp
3. Serengeti - Four Seasons
4. Ngorongoro - Serena
Our guide for the Kenya leg was Joseph and he helped us spot the big 4 (Rhino, lions, buffalo, and elephants). He was informative and entertaining through the many long and bumpy rides throughout Kenya. We were able to spot many action scenes including lion vs hyena showdowns and cheetahs carrying around a kill. After, we flew to Serengeti Tanzania, which included a layover with transport to a border crossing. We were picked up in the Serengeti by Santos who was our guide throughout Tanzania. He was also excellent and fulfilled our request to spot a leopard to complete the big 5!
This was a trip of a lifetime and our guides and accommodations were all excellent. I would highly recommend using Amazing Memories Safaris to book your safari.

Once in a liftime unforgettable safari experiance
We had 4 great days at the safari. Our guide Malisa turned out to be very knowladgeble about the animals. I felt so safe driving us on dirt roads. Malisa was telling us jokes, he sang and was amusing us during long drives. Sleeping in tents was comfortable and warm. The food was very tasty. Lots of rice and fresh vegetables.
