Communication with the agency was 10/10 from the very beginning. I organized everything through WhatsApp, and the operator provided two package options — mid-range or luxury — making the process very easy. We chose a 3-day safari covering Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Our guide, Justine, was incredible. He had an almost superhuman ability to spot animals and was an excellent driver.
Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five (including a rhino from a distance).
The accommodations were comfortable, and the last lodge offered an unforgettable view over the Ngorongoro Crater.

Easy-going and effective communication. We booked the 4-day safari very last minute, the day before departure about an hour before the office closed, and received quick replies to all of our questions.
Definitely good value for money in regards to transportation, delicious food, accommodation and experienced guides. Shoutout to guides Okindo and Jeff! We loved it! Not only great guides for the game drives, but also solving unforeseeable jeep mechanical problems effectively and accommodating our request of being dropped off in Nakuru instead of Nairobi.

Our safari in Tanzania has been one of those trips that will stay with us forever. From the early morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha and straight into Tarangire National Park, everything just felt right from the very beginning.
We were incredibly lucky with the wildlife, elephants, giraffes, hippos, buffalos, wildebeest, antelopes, flamingos, a leopard, a serval, and even the rare black rhinos in Ngorongoro Crater. That day in the crater was simply unreal, everywhere you looked, there was something happening.
Lake Manyara was completely different from the other parks with its almost jungle-like landscape, dense greenery and amazing birdlife. Even without lions, it was an absolutely beautiful and special experience.
Our guide, Aloyce, truly made this trip something extra special. His knowledge, patience and passion for nature and wildlife were outstanding. As someone who loves photography, I felt so taken care of – he could literally hear when my camera was focusing or clicking and would stop immediately, even when I told him it was okay to drive on. That kind of attention and care is rare, and it meant everything to us 📸.
The lodges were stunning, from soaking in a bathtub after a long safari day, to watching the sunset from an infinity pool, to having our own private pool and a perfect, quiet evening surrounded by nature.

Good organisation and knowledgeable guides
The guides picked us up from the airport and it was smooth sailing from there! Zack is a very knowledgeable guide, I asked many questions and learned a lot about the animals, birds, trees and landscape. He worked very hard to ensure we had the most special moments, chasing and spotting rare animals and coordinating via radio with other guides in the area. Very professional service, with all food and water included for the duration of the safari. Accommodating communication with the office and changes of plan beforehand too.
Check your itinerary! Some things need to be arranged well in advance (like olduvai gorge museum) and cannot be changed on the day due to national park permits etc.
Service in the lodges and camps is incredibly good, lavish.

Amazing experience, once in a lifetime, guide was awesome.
Our guide Robert was so knowledgeable and really cared about the animals and our experience. He went above and beyond to make us feel happy and safe, and answered every question we had. The food was really good and accommodation very comfortable. MeruSlopes was also very prompt in their response time and provided accom before and after the tour which was much appreciated.
