The operator was very friendly and flexible
Our experience was very good, we used it to go from OR Tambo to Krugrer and back and it was very simple and easy to book.

Justin was committed to providing the best experience and passionate about his job.
I think I already submitted a review on Google, but I have had such a memorable experience that I wanted to submit one here also. So well done. So organized. So professional. So inviting so welcoming and so memorable.
Thank you.

Well organised tour of Botswana national parks
We organised a private tour of Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta through Knap Tours, including pick up from Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. The tour was well organised, and there was great communication from Julian before and during the tour. We ended up having an incredible four days, and I would not hesitate to recommend Knap Tours for any safari arrangements in the region.

ASM are reliable and efficient. Vehicles are high quality and the Arthur and team v friendly.
I used ASM Travel to transport a tour group of 14x pax around Victoria Falls over two days. We also used them for the coach trip from Vic Falls to Milibizi on Lake Kariba. Artur was excellent in organising the logistics and Paul was a great driver. The vehicles we used were of high quality, air conditioned, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend the team.

Unforgettable
Our safari in the Serengeti with Tanzania Choice was truly unforgettable. From the breathtaking landscapes to the incredible wildlife sightings, every moment was exceptional. Our guide, Noel, was not only deeply knowledgeable but also warm, attentive, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tanzania. The accommodations were exceptional—luxurious tented camps with stunning views, delicious meals, and thoughtful touches that made each stay feel both comfortable and special. This was our second time traveling with Tanzania Choice, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking an authentic, well-organized, and enriching safari experience.

Perfect organization, good time management, best guide and driver
Before it started we were informed about everything again, we could ask something at any time and we were explained a lot during the safari. We always felt safe and were not afraid. Our driver already has 14 years of experience so we learned a lot from him.

He was very helpful, informative and caring
Our Soweto tour with Thomas was absolutely worth it. I feel that K got so much information about apartheid and how non-white people were treated - way beyond what a school curriculum could provide. The visit to the Soweto district was eye opening, as well as seeing a local kindergarden. We got everything the tour promised and more.

Our Amazing 5-Day Safari with a Toddler!
We just got back from the most incredible 5-day safari — and I’m so happy we went for it! This wasn’t our first safari, but it was our first time joining a group tour and our first with a toddler (we’d always done private safaris before, without kids). I have to say, it exceeded all our expectations!
Loyce was an absolute lifesaver. She organized this last-minute trip for us with our 2.5-year-old, was super responsive, and even offered to personally pick us up and have lunch together to make sure we wouldn’t miss our flight to the coast — such amazing service!
We booked a budget group tour, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how it would feel compared to private safaris — but the driver and the group were so friendly and welcoming, they made the whole experience even more fun. The accommodations were way better than we expected, and the local food was so delicious.
The Masai Mara was pure magic. We saw all the Big Five — lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and even a rhino (though the rhino was a bit far away in Nakuru, but still counted!).
If you’re thinking about a safari with young kids, I highly recommend Pounds East Africa Safaris — they made everything smooth and fun, even with a toddler. My only tip for families: maybe focus just on the Masai Mara, because adding other parks like Nakuru and Naivasha means long, bumpy drives that can be a bit much for little ones.
