From pre-planning with Meshack to hiking with Sheban and his team to safari with Lazaro, the team ensured we had everything we needed for every step of the way.
We worked with Meshack to plan a 3 week journey - first was Kilimanjaro then safari in 3 different parks and then a week of relaxation on Zanzibar. Meshack was an incredible planner - answering all of our MANY questions and providing guidance to help build the honeymoon celebration we wanted. The team even met us at each hotel with a cake, matching sweatshirts, champagne, flowers, and song to celebrate us and our magical trip.
The team picked incredible lodges and hotels, planned seamless airport transfers, and ensured we were fed incredible meals every day.

Perfect Safari Experience
I cannot rate Pounds safari high enough. Loyce and her team are incredible, and did everything to ensure the perfect experience. Loyce led our group of 10 seamlessly, and accommodated everything we wanted to do. We saw every animal, stayed in beautiful places and enjoyed every minute. Would never go with another company after experiencing how incredible Loyce is at her job. See you next time and thank you for an incredible time.

Great Know-how
We really had a great time with Jungleroam Safari.
Tour itself: our guide Joshua knew where to go to find animals - also, he was very respectful to animals boundaries unlike other horrible guides who drove past us like crazy men!
There were not too many cars - he likes to go to spots where there aren’t many cars.
The lodges: they were sufficient / could be cleaned better around the windows etc.
The food: it was good and more than enough.
The driving: our driver and guide Joshua was great but the last one was on his phone and holding it - it’s illegal and dangerous - that puts the safety of your clients in jeopardy. Joshua was at least wearing headphones.

From the pick-up from the airport to the accommodation in the lodges with good food, we felt very comfortable. The safari was perfectly prepared and organized. Always friendly and helpful.
We booked with african big cats safaris directly per mail. They answered quickly and were really helpful and friendly. When we arrived and when we left we met the Manager Mr. Emanuel. He gave us all the informations and help and at the end he askd if everything was good. It was very kind and personal. We did a 4 day privat safari for our honeymoon. Our guide Khalid did a very good job. He was all the time really friendly, helpful and has a great knowledge about the animals. He also told us a lot about his country. With him we found a lot of animals and had always the best position to see them. Also the lodges were really beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great. We absolutely recommend african big cata safaris and of course our driver Khalid!! Thanks a lot.

Very professional and well organised safari - we loved it!
Francis was very helpful in arranging a safari for us around our other commitments in Uganda, including pick up from Gulu. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed peaceful game drives at the pace we wanted and did not feel rushed to move on. Francis is very knowledgeable about animals and birds and good company.
