We were in Addis Ababa for two days, taking advantage of a stopover on the way to China. It was a pleasant surprise for everyone in the group.
We loved getting to know Addis Ababa, a beautiful city, undergoing great expansion and will undoubtedly be the economic and political heart of Africa.

An unforgettable trip to Rwanda!
We travelled as a family, a couple with an almost-16-year-old Guy and had an incredible experience. The landscapes are stunning, the people inspiring, and our guide Abou made the trip truly special. Knowledgeable, kind and engaging, he managed to keep us hooked from start to finish. A big thank you to him for such a unique and meaningful journey.

We spent an amazing moment in Dumela campus .
The owner is adorable and very friendly, due to our delay from London we arrived to late and missed our sunset ride in the evening and the owner compensated it with a sunrise tour our last day for free.
Tents are very good and comfortable with shower and WC integrated , AC and fridge are also making the stay much nicer.
Stuff is adorable and the girl Line in particular, arrivals and departures was always reinsured by breakfast and dinner which having place in a court of the campus near swimming pool.
Absolutely amazing experience! Only to advice !

The most magical 4 days!
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all your team for giving us such a magical experience in Tanzania for 4 days. The highlight of our trip was our fantastic guide Emen and his driver (sorry we did not catch his name). They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we got the best experience out of our game drives. It was clear they both had fantastic knowledge on the reserve and the animals. The driver was exceptionally skilled over some of the more challenging terrain. We wish we could have made our experience longer and will definitely be returning - a night safari is on our bucket list!
The accommodation has also been brilliant and we have enjoyed the service and smiles of their staff!

We chose Bushtop over the others because they were the only tour operator that provided us with a very comprehensive and detailed itineraries among the few that we had initially approached. The Manager Denis is very courteous, responsive and always replied to our questions promptly. Big thanks to James too who was our driver cum tour guide during the safaris. He always kept the Land Cruiser in tip top condition and tried his very best to ensure that we didn’t miss out on anything. We get to see so many awesome animals except for the elusive leopard, but James had tried his best. The tented accommodations throughout the safaris were amazing. We loved all of them and the foods served at the accommodations were so delicious and had exceeded our expectations. Our biggest surprise was when we were upgraded to a 5-star accommodation during our 2-day stay in Masai Mara. Back to Nairobi, Charles took us around Nairobi for the city sights. We especially enjoyed our time at Giraffe Centre. On our last day, we had planned to have a relaxing day in Nairobi but due an incident that’s going to take place in CDB where our hotel was at, we were advised to leave the area early in the morning. As our flight was scheduled to depart at midnight, we contacted Denis again and within 10 minutes, he made arrangements for us to visit Fairview Coffee Estate with lunch. We spent a few hours of enjoyable time there and with some time to spare, Charles drove us to visit Karen Blixen Museum. After that we departed for the airport with happy memories of our holiday in Kenya. Thank you very much Bushtop Team ie Denis, James and Charles!

very well organized and overall great service
This was our first Safari trip and we were a bit anxious before going not knowing what to expect but the trip turned out amazing and while we initially thought this is a once in a lifetime experience, we now feel that we have to do this again whether in the same country or explore others.
Accommodation choices were great and fit our needs perfectly. Our Guide Kim was more than amazing, knowledgeable, funny and overall very hospitable.
We enjoyed the trip greatly. The one thing I would've liked though was to get a heads up about what to expect in the Maasai Village we visited in Amoseli. In the beginning it was fine but as the visit progressed we felt a bit uncomfortable because we felt pressured into having to pay something as a "Donation" to the village. Had I known that this would happen, I honestly would've opted to skip it as we've already seen the Maasai dance in 2 of our accommodations and felt like we've been scammed.

Amazing, professional and responsive Safari
Due to a cancelled flight from Nairobi, we had to change the connecting flight to Arusha to Kilimanjaro airport. On very short notice, Jackson, took care of our request to pick us up at the different airport and two hours later and managed the changed pickup without any additional costs.
Daniel’s briefing prior to the Safari was comprehensive and efficient.
With Alphonse as our guide, we have been extremely lucky. He might be one of the most knowledgeable and responsible guides one can get for a Safari in Tanzania. He cares about nature conservation and the animals in an exemplary way. He is a brilliant driver and responded very well to our wishes to stop for taking pictures, when it was possible. When we ran out of time, he explained why we had to rush and we got to see the big 5 and many more on our 5 days medium budget Safari.
The Safari lodges and the bush camps were excellent. The food was always good and sometimes very good. Even one of our daughters, a vegetarian, found always something to eat.
If I would have to hint at a downside, the SG Premium hotel in Arusha is really outdated, several things in the room broken or not complete and it was not clean at all. We certainly will not stay there again.
