Great Safari with Lion King
Hello,
We've been on a private Safari tour with Lion King between 18/10 and 22/10: Manyara Lake, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro crater.
Before the departure, Anna answered to all our questions very quickly and managed the organisation from our arrival in Kilimanjaro until our departure to Zanzibar, it makes us feel very confident with the company and the organisation.
And during the Safari, Anna came to say hello which was very nice.
As soon as we have landed, a driver was waiting for us to bring us to an hotel in Arusha for the first night before the Safari (very clean and fully equipped).
After the breakfast Salim (our guide/driver) and Karim (our Chef) picked us up to start the Safari.
From this moment they managed everything perfectly to make our tour comfortable.
Salim was very kind to us.
He knows a lot of other guides so in the park he used his network to know were the animals were, plus he was able to spot animals we would have missed, and he showed us a lot (zebras, wild beasts, lions, leopards, guepards, hyenas, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, servals, chacals, ...)
In addition he was speaking French which was a very good surprise to us.
Karim cooked for us all the tour (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) and we have eaten very good. Note we took a budget tour so the campsite were pretty simple (just tents and toilets) which makes the work of Karim even harder and what he was able to cook was excellent.
(By the way, if you are going for a budget tour, note it might be cold at night in the Serengeti and the Nogorongoro)
During the game drive, Salim used to go in different places than the other 4x4, it allowed us to be just us on a lake with a lot of flamingoes or again just us with 2 lions (male and female),... He knows the parks very well and was able to show us amazing landscapes.
This tour was really an incredible experience we will never forget thanks to Salim and Karim.
Many thanks again to the staff,
Maxime & Audrey

Excellent climb of kilimanjaro
We had 2 great guides, Ernest and Emma and a nice crew who helped us reach the top of the kilimanjaro. The trip was unforgettable. We learned a lot of the local habitat and the masaai tribe. On top of that we had lots of fun climbing to Uhuru Peak. Thanks everybody at ABS.

An exciting and memorable trip, lovely people and beautiful wildlife.
Our tour was well organised and at every destination we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. All the guides were excellent and obviously had a passion about their jobs. We learnt a lot about the local environment and history, as well as the wildlife, from every guide and host - but always something new at every stop. All the people we met along the way were so friendly and welcoming. A visit to a local village, including a school and traditional dinner, was a highlight. I could never have imagined the sights and experiences we had. Our guide, Dumi, was outstanding in the way he looked after us. I felt very confident travelling with him and am grateful for his contribution to making our trip so enjoyable. I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to come back.
Amazing trip of a lifetime
We originally thought that we could arrange this whole trip ourselves for cheaper, but once we were out there we realised we were wrong. Ronald was such a good Guide, the knowledge he had about the area and about the wildlife we saw was brilliant. He even took us to places that were not on our itinerary as we had some extra time to spare. He looked after us from start to finish and we were driven door to door. We did not have to make any decisions and everything was taken care of. The country is beautiful and the wildlife stunning. Seeing the Gorillas was just incredible. The vehicle was great and so comfy and our accommodation was great. You made our Honeymoon perfect! Thank you Range Land Safaris Uganda and thank you Ronald. We would definitely recommend you.

Amazing tour
During the all week we had amazing tour with best driver ever. He was so envolved and carry on of our expectations. Always ready, very timing and engagment in his job. We saw so many wild animals, and thanks to our driver we also known a lot of informations how the animals live what is important in the parks or jungle. Hippo camp was the best place on our tour. I had a little concern before visit, but when we came there and I saw it the place - it was magical. I recomend it that place. Wild, quiet and peacefull, you and voic of the jungle. Monkeys in the wood, elephants, hippos crocodiles and so many birds. Personel is amazing and very open, served best service and local food.
Thank you Kanuth Adventures Safaris - we will back to Tanzania soon.

Safari through Southern Africa, camping
The whole tour was excellent. We began with a self drive tour of the Garden Route, followed by 3 weeks in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, and capped it off with a visit to a private game reserve in Kruger. The entire trip was entrancing, the service and tour team excellent - clear, honest, helpful, practical, patient and knowledgable - and the facilities were great. Some of the campsite facilities were a little run down, but only to be expected in less populated and touristic regions.

Review about Chobe National Park by Inga
Chobe is a vast park but it's full of animals who are pretty used to the traffic of tourists and you can get very close to them. Just show some patience.

A very special place and an unique experince
The two days I spent in the Okavango Delta were absolutely magical. When you camp out in the delta, you're transported via mokoros, a canoe type boat used by the locals to travel around the delta. Usually two people are ferried in each mokoro with one poler propelling the boat. It's a unique way of travelling, making you feel one with the delta itself. Usually they use pathways that have already formed in the reed growing in the delta but sometimes they need to push through the dense reed. Keep your eyes out while sailing in the mokoros as you can see a lot of the smaller wildlife, such as frogs and insects. You'll also probably come across some hippos.
When you camp out on the delta, there are few amenities. The only running water is the water of the delta itself and therefore you can't use soap out there. There are no toilet facilities so you have to use a bush toilet. When you need to go after nightfall, you need a buddy with you to be on the look-out for animals. It's definitely something you don't experience very often.
During the night, you'll hear the delta symphony where the frogs, the insects and the birds sing their songs with occasional rumblings from the elephants and the hippos. The best kind of music to fall asleep to.
I experienced very warm weather in the delta as it was the last days of the dry season, right before the rain would start. Therefore it was very nice to able to dip into the delta for a cooling bath. Bring your swimsuit!
My group went for bush walks with local people as guides. The walks were both shortly after daybreak and then right before nightfall. We got pretty close to elephants, zebras and lechwe antelopes. Our guides were also great at pointing out various birds, smaller wildlife and plants.
There was also a sunset cruise which was wonderful. The colors at sunset are every photographer's dream.
The Okavango Delta is a very special place and I felt I was very lucky to get experience it with the guidance of local guides who know the terrain very well and share with you their knowledge and wisdom.
