I recently had the privilege of experiencing a private safari in the Serengeti, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable adventure, made even more memorable by the impeccable organization and the outstanding service provided!
From the moment I was picked up, everything was taken care of seamlessly. The transportation, tours, and hotel arrangements were all perfectly organized, allowing me to simply enjoy every moment without any worries. I even forgot which day it was 😁
The hotels we stayed in were fantastic, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay after long days of exploring the stunning wilderness.
A special shout-out goes to my tour guide, Zablon. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the most incredible experience. His knowledge of the Serengeti’s wildlife and environment was unmatched, and he made sure I had front-row views of all the incredible animals the park has to offer. Zablon’s passion for the land and its creatures was evident in everything he did, and he ensured that every moment of the safari was filled with awe and excitement. Thanks to him, I was able to witness some of the most breathtaking wildlife moments, from lions to a family of elephants passing by, cheetahs with their cubs…

Absolutely amazing tour and safari guide!
What an absolutely amazing experience! Our group of 12 did a 3-day safari and stayed in the park at the Mantis Lodge. Every aspect of the experience was incredible. We saw the "Big 5" and then some. What made the trip truly exceptional was our safari guide, Pacofic!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the park and the animals. We learned so, so much. He explained so many details and always made us feel safe and secure. He was also a lot of fun! The park and the lodge were great, but it was Pacofic and the animals that we will be talking about for years to come!

A big Thank You, Kentau Safaris, for organising the most amazing trip of our life! Since the very first communication with Dominic, I felt it's the best choice. We were travelling with children (15 and 6) and wanted something both rich in experience and not too tiring. Budget was also reasonably limited. While other tour operators put little or no attention to our needs, Dominic was the one asking question and adopting the tour by offering the best itinerary and stops between the parks. He was very attentive to details, took care of all the additional transfers and train tickets to Mombasa for the relaxing part of the trip. And he managed to do all this by offering a really good price for the private tour while we thought we will only allow us a shared one. Dominic helped us before and during the trip and patiently answered our endless questions. Our guide James was very friendly and did his best to show us all the wildlife of the National parks. I think this is a good example when a genuine customer focus of the smaller company beats the high marketing budgets of the bigger ones.

Everything was perfectly organized, drop on and off, meals, communication. Our driver was amazing, he knew very well the park and was able to spot many animals. It was a great experience and we always felt safe!

Fantastic, well organized, amazing safari guide!
Traveled to Tanzania with my family to a few areas – we started in Moshi/Arusha, Mount Kilimanjaro area, then did a Safari for five days (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater). Our experience was absolutely exceptional. Our trip was well organized and we had a clear itinerary from the start.
Our guides for Mt. Kilimanjaro (we just hiked to the first base camp), were amazing!! We were there with my parents, so they needed to go a little slower and our guides paced us well so that everyone could complete the hike.
Not enough good things can be said about our safari guide, Libe. He was absolutely exceptional, he was extremely friendly, informative, and respectful of the wildlife and land. We learned so much about all of the habits and lifestyles of the wildlife, the land and the local tribes in the area, because of him. We were able to see (from small to big animals) and learn so much! Would highly recommend!
Our tour organizer, Eliad was also great to work with - he helped create a perfect itinerary. He was easy to reach and was extremely communicative, especially if there was anything we wanted to adjust along the way. All of our lodges/ camps were exceptional- very clean, the people were all friendly and the food was delicious! We especially loved Kon Tiki Serengeti camp.
Overall an absolutely unforgettable experience, would definitely use Serengeti smile and Libe as a tour guide if we were to come back in the future!

Extremely well organised, great communication, brilliant tour
The tour was extremely well organised. Faraja went over and beyond to help us in every step of the way. Couldn't believe how good he was in replying to all the queries and making us at ease with the safari. We had issues with the ariline we booked with and Faraja helped us out with rebooking our flights as well. Can't thank Faraja enough for all the help.
Festo, our tour guide was awesome as well and really accomodative to all our needs.

If you’re hesitating about booking your safari, just do it. Our trip exceeded all our expectations. The hotels were first-rate. Our guide, Simon, was really knowledgeable and his understanding of the animals added a lot to our experience. We could tell he cared a lot about making sure it was an unforgettable experience for us. The whole Family Leisure team was well-coordinated and responsive to our questions.
