Well organized and attentive
Value for money in terms of the luxury accommodation and transports. However, since I selected the 'luxury' package, although still on the acceptable level, the transport was not feel luxury, the shuttle bus was a bit cramp. Perhaps can upgrade a little bit for 'luxury' package ;).

Great tour guides, although some of them didn't really explain well about the history / highlights of the tour, still acceptable to me. Some of them i.e. Abdul and Fatema (both are in Capetown) were the best example of tour guides, they took care of us well and explained a lot about the plants, history, etc. Thumbs up to them!!

3 wonderful days in the Masai Mara
I had a wonderful three-day safari in the Masai Mara. The nature is magnificent, and we saw many animals. Our guide, Eric, was very kind and explained everything to us. The lodge was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. I really enjoyed the safaris, especially the morning ones. It was a short trip, but truly special. I hope to come back!

Hell's Gate bike&hiking tour + boat ride
It was my best experience in Nirobi. Hell's gate was beautiful and wonderful. Hiking the gorge was an ethereal experience. Breakfast and lunch all covered and it was delicious.

The commitment to serve us was another point of attraction. when it came to touring Soweto that was a touching experience seeing the effects of apartheid on the African Indigenous people. moving down to the birth place of Nelson Mandela brought me closer to the South African Hero, seeing the bed where he slept, touching chair where he sat, connected me with that supernatural power of African Leaders. Travelling to Pretoria was another great experience especially on the landmarks that would define the historical and sociocultural developments. The Apartheid Museum brought flesh memories of what fellow Africans experienced. the political struggles by Nelson Mandela all became a new experience to us.
