Amazing time and proactive guides
5/5

Great experience. The guides were really clear about the plan, with briefs every night for the day before. We saw rhinos and a serval and the information about random features of the environment was fantastic and well timed.

Customer-oriented
5/5

Our requests, such as departure times, were always taken into account. The safari tour was very good value for money. Jane even organized an upgrade for us at the lodge. We booked the second tour here as well, and everything went great there too. Both tours are accompanied by experienced drivers. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. The jeep and the van were both clean and in top condition. We will book here again.

Helpful guide in spotting animals, but lacking English skills
3/5

Our guide was nice, helpful, and helped us spot animals in Serengeti where he was very helpful talking to the drivers of other vehicles in Swahili. He was however advertised as fluent in English, but turned out to have very limited skills. This meant that he was not able to give much flavor to the animals and experiences we were seeing which we missed.

Climbing Kilimanjaro-an unforgettable challenge.
5/5

Our five-member team decided to climb Kilimanjaro, and it would not have been possible without our experienced guides and team. Chief guide Patrick was a great motivator, making sure we were moving at the right speed and adapting to the altitude. Porters and cooks have always worked to keep warm food and spirits up. When we reached Uhuru Peak at sunrise, the feeling was truly beyond explanation!! Those who want to take this challenge can join this team with their eyes closed.

the weather was nice, few animals, lake manyara was empty didn't deserve the time past there, we didn't see nothing there, best park was Sirengetti. Sirengeti luxury tent was the best part of our safari with very welcomig stuff and friendly people. spotting animals was hard. just few of them. black rhino was so far and it was not allowed to go close. so you can see Rhino just with binocular. our driver was so pathetic and didn't like when we stop to take fotos.

Our Rainbow Nation Destination
Overall rating
5/5

Cape Town was wonderful. We had great weather and our air B and B apartment at Docklands was exceptional. We had a fabulous day at the V and A waterfront and a trip up Table Mountain with stunning views. We did a lovely Peninsula drive from CT to Boulders Bay with our driver Jimmy who was so knowledgeable about the area. We then flew to Johannesburg and had a safari trip to the Pilanesburg with MoAfrika. Sibusiko, our driver who collected us from the Holiday Inn at OR Tambo was really friendly and looked after us until we were able to check in to our accommodation at Bakubung in the Pilanesburg Game Reserve. From then Bakubung took over our game drives which we thought was a bit odd as we had paid and expected MoAfrika to take us into the park. We felt young children and their families should be kept separate from other adults wanting to get closer to the animals. There was an issue with one family not wanting to get closer than 200 yards from an elephant because they had young children on the vehicle which spoilt it for the rest of us. The weather was rainy and miserable which did put a dampener on the game viewing. We will certainly have another trip to the Cape and other SA destinations in the future and I would recommend anyone to have a holiday in South Africa as it is such good value for money to overseas visitors and the people are great.

Review about Pilanesberg Game Reserve by Colleen Williamson
Overall rating
5/5

I have been to this Game Reserve many times on trips to SA and this was my partners first trip to a Game Park where wildlife is in its natural habitat. It is so scenic and a very pretty park to visit.
