Fantastic, he knew to find all the animals and made sure we were constantly satisfied
My Safari experience with golden trip was 10/10. Thanks to our guide Gasper Lukumay we knew to find the whole bigfive and some more animals like the cheetah, kingcobra, silvercat and many more.
When we had a question, he could give us all the answers. He made sure we had our pictures and were satisfied before we hit the road again.
Communication with our guide was perfect. Everyday we could tell our preference at what time to start the next day, and made sure it was all clear.

Unforgettable, perfect!
The six days experience was even better than I thougth. When you see pictures on internet, you think it's unbelievable to see that, BUT it's real. It's look like National geographic in real live.
Our guide Gasper had great eyes to see the wild, also from far away! He has a personal history being around the wild, so he can use this knowledge and experience well. Gasper knew the way everywhere, even off road. That produced spectacular images!
I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

everything is well organized and responds quickly to questions
We had a guide Who knew a lot about the area because he lived thee himself. He asked what we wanted to see and did evreything he could to see these animals. This guide also had a lot of patience and let us admire the animals for lang as possible. Our guide was gasper and i would recommend him.

Responsive and reliable tour operator and fun too!
Armaye was so responsive to our request for a very last minute request for a trip to Ethiopia. He answered quickly, responded to questions quickly and designed our tour to our preferences. I was a bit nervous about travelling to Ethiopia where we knew we would be "off grid" but it was very safe and the people we met were very friendly. Armaye was our guide too - very informative and answered all my husband's inquisitive questions about culture, traditions, food. Aman was our driver and also comes highly recommended. Aman is an expert driver both on major roads and offroad. WE saw many animals specific to Ethiopia that we hadn't seen before, including lots of Ethiopian golden wolves. The 3-day tour in Afar was excellent value.

We had a wonderful trip. Everything was well planned and timed.
Our lodgings, transportation, meals were all first class and worth the cost. Staff at all venues were polite, professional and welcoming. We had a great trip.
One suggestion: don’t bother carrying bug spray, sun block. Not surprisingly, we found ample supplies of everything we needed in our lodge/hotel rooms.

Anthony was knowledgeable and amazing at finding animals.
My tour was three nights in Maasai Mara and Lake Naivasha. I was able to WhatsApp with the company easily to tweak the itinerary to fit our schedule and arrange for payment and pickups clearly. It was just me and my daughter and our accommodations were wonderful and the touring jeep had great views and a pop up roof. Anthony our guide was an expert navigating the park and finding the animals. We also visited a Maasai Village. We felt cared for every step of the way and met with wonderful guides and staff at every park/experience we visited.

What I can say is that I can rate everything five star From start to finish
Communication and booking with the company was super smooth and easy. The tour guide must be very experienced with the way they handle every detail to make a very memorable experience.
Our guide, Jamal was a very hospitable and took very proper care of. He was very rich in knowledge about the wildlife, and he shared it with such super story telling skills that it made feel very live.
Uganda is beautiful with nature. Got the opportunity to watch all the big five in beautiful green pastures. We had a trip also to the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary, our very first time seeing Rhinos it was indeed very fulfilling. not only that but every part of the journey was a highlight.
If you’re considering a safari in Uganda, I highly recommend BLS Safaris and with value for money I think it was really worthy every penny. We did not feel at a point that we overpaid for anything in fact it felt like it was so economical with the moments and how good the service was and accommodation. You are indeed in for a truly extraordinary safari experience.

Excellent service, flexible and straight for
I had a few hours free in Arusha, just six! After three days of conferences. Didn’t want to leave the country without exploring this magic nature. Asked and got a contact with Nelson from Big time. In just a couple of hours late at night he was able to organise a custom safari just for me to Arusha national park at a very convenient price for the following day.
My guide Richard was amazing. A fantastic professional who loves wildlife, extremely polite, nice and funny.
They organised me a drive to Arusha national Park, a walking safari with a Rocky a fantastic ranger where we walked into a giraffes family and other wildlife up to a waterfall.
Then we had a nice lunch closed to the see with Richard visiting the lakes, seeing monkeys, buffalo’s, zebras, more giraffes and finally elephants. Very close, extremely nice and Mount Meru splendid views.
I have done many safaris around Africa and for sure one of the best agencies I ever met. Ashanti!
