First of all, when staff member Wilbeth contacted me to provide a quote, he responded quickly and accurately. He did his best to accommodate my requests, adjusting both the accommodations and the schedule to fit my needs. Even during the tour, he stayed in touch to make sure I was doing well.
Our tour guide, Adrian, is a true professional. He made sure we were comfortable with his excellent driving skills and consistently shared his extensive knowledge about the animals. He worked hard to ensure we could safely see as many animals as possible—and thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five.
All of the accommodations recommended by Wilbeth were great, but I especially want to highlight Serengeti Classic View Camp. I highly recommend it for its friendly staff, breathtaking sunsets over the Serengeti, and absolutely delicious meals.
The safari tour with Full Package Adventures was an unforgettable experience.

Amazing adventure
Derrick was our main contact for ETA. He was very responsive, polite, worked with our schedule, offered many options. He took care of us!! Derrick was amazing! He did everything! He planned and had everything lined up for us. Not one minute did we feel like we weren’t being taken care of.
James was our safari tour guide. He was also amazing! He answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and wildlife. James also took great care of us. He drove us all over Kenya. Very trust worthy and respectful.
Jacob was our Nairobi tour guide. He also took great care of us. Also very knowledgeable. Took us everywhere we wanted to go and more.
I highly recommend ETA- from Derrick planning, and James and Jacob executing- we had the time of our life! Great great experience!!

Kilimanjaro - 7 day Lemosho route
We did the 8-day Lemosho trek up Kilimanjaro as a group of two, though we ended up shortening it to 7 days.
Communication in the lead-up was excellent: we received quick responses via WhatsApp from the company director, who was also very helpful in organising our safari afterwards.
We would highly recommend Larry as a guide. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and attentive. He looked out for the entire team, including the porters, and kept us well-informed throughout the trek. His chef, Chinga, cooked some amazing meals too! We stayed in a tent large enough to eat in, complete with a table, plenty of condiments, and mats for sleeping. We’d also recommend opting for the private toilet which was definitely worth it!
During the first couple of days, we were able to move a bit faster given our ability level, while still maintaining safety. Later on, there was ample opportunity to rest. On summit night, Larry got us to the top with gentle encouragement and even some singing — the timing was perfect as we reached the summit right at sunrise! He also really enjoyed taking photos of us along the way.
In summary, we’d definitely recommend booking directly with this company for good communication and planning support for Kilimanjaro — would recommend be asking for Larry as your guide!

Very knowledgeable, very obliging and aimed to please all travellers.
We’ve just completed a six day tour of Kenya. During that time we had two guides… Max and then Charles. Both were wonderful. They each bought their personal experiences which added to the value of the Tour. We commenced this Safari thinking it would be a one and only time. We have finished wanting to come back and do more.

Well organised trip , everything ran smoothly.
The four day trip was completely organised for us, picking us up at the Airport in Nairobi and back again after visits to Naivasha and the Maasai Mara. This included two game drives within the Mara plains. Communications were great with the operator and the value for money was fantastic. The driver we had for the time was great, with fantastic knowledge of the animals and took time to answer our questions.

First of all the communication with Marry was really good , she answered very fast to all my questions.
I had the most amazing experience , we such a amazing group and a GREAT guide 'Micky'.
He went out of his way to see the animals we wanted, he had such a lovely vibe, one of my favorite people i met while in Tanzania. I don't think there is a better guide for a safari, he could see the animals from faaaaaar away. That was amazing. We all got allong so good so that made the 4 day safari unforgettable.
Saw the big 5, had the best time of my life!!

Wonderful experience of a life time into the paradise
It’s a wonderful 4 days experience covering Tarangire — home of the elephants, Ngorongoro — paradise of the animals, and the legendary Serengeti. Our guide Asantah Kheri is really experienced and wonderful guy! Well planned everyday safari journey and agenda is very much appreciated! Also detailed explanation is there and he is ready to answer all the questions regarding the nature, country and culture!
Also the planner Almachius is very responsible and check on our experience and make sure everything is fine.
