Let’s begin with our guide and driver, Adam. His care, attentiveness, and patience were both heartwarming and deeply reassuring. Adam greeted us each day with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Most importantly, he positioned us perfectly to witness the breathtaking moments that define safari game viewing. While wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, Adam’s persistence and expertise undoubtedly helped us spot all of the Big Five. I can’t speak highly enough of him—not just as a guide, but as a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. His warm, friendly demeanor left a lasting impression. I’ll miss him and will always carry that memory with me.
The accommodations throughout our journey were another standout. Each one had its own unique charm, yet all delivered exceptional comfort and service. Of them all, Boma Lodge was my favorite—possibly the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. And that’s saying something, as I’ve traveled extensively across the globe. The only downside? I didn’t stay long enough. I’m already planning to return for a longer visit.
Food is often a concern when traveling with dietary restrictions, and as someone who follows a plant-forward diet, I was prepared for limited options. To my surprise, Suricata far exceeded expectations in this area. The variety, taste, and quality of plant-based dishes were consistently excellent. Both my travel partner and I raved about the meals, and when we made special requests, the team was quick to accommodate. It made me feel truly cared for, not just managed.
Equally impressive was the communication from Suricata’s team. From our first inquiry to the final day of the trip, every interaction was prompt, clear, and helpful. Planning a trip of this magnitude can be daunting, but their professionalism made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
After careful research—comparing reviews, TripAdvisor awards, and multiple safari companies—Suricata emerged as a top contender. Now that I’ve experienced their service firsthand, I can say they didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them in every way. This was a first-class experience from start to finish, and Suricata has truly earned its reputation as one of the best in the business.

Lazaro exceeded expectations and gave us an experience we won’t forget.
Roko Safaris exceeded our expectations drastically, as two 24 year olds we were looking for a budget safari and what we experienced was priceless. Based off what we saw from other groups our safari experience was more personal and unique than the bigger companies, that seemed to be in it more for the money then giving their clients an experience they won’t forget. Seeing everything we could’ve asked for and more with our guide going to every extent for us. He was even able to drive us to the airport after, was extremely friendly, and knew everything there was to know about the animals and culture within Tanzania. I would highly recommend Roko Safaris to anyone looking for a true safari experience.

I recently returned from a 4-day safari in Kenya, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Dennis was amazing
I recently went on a four-day safari tour, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our driver, Dennis, was absolutely fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, the landscape, and the local culture. He made every game drive exciting and informative, and his passion for nature really came through in everything he did. Thanks to Dennis, we spotted so many animals and learned so much along the way. I truly enjoyed every moment of the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and well-guided safari experience!

Amazing safari experience
I highly recommend Suricata Safari for the professionalism of the driver/guide Elias. He always made sure we could see the animal without missing any with the best respect for them. His knowledge about the environment and the animals were very enlightening. The accommodation was perfect and people very friendly everywhere. Very good overall organization.

A great one day safari!
My husband and I booked with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris for Ngorongoro Crater for a one day safari in Tanzania for our honeymoon. We had limited time in Tanzania so we opted for the day trip and it went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great and we would always recieve a fast response to our questions. The actual day of the safari was also great, our guide had great knowledge of the local area, the history and the animals, and of course the animals were spectacular as expected. I would recommend anyone to book with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris if they are thinking of doing any kind of tour in the area.

INCREDIBLE experience
We had the most amazing time with Suricata!
We did a 3 night/ 4 day experience and it was incredible. The lodges that we stayed in were clean, well presented and exceptional service from all the staff. We wish we could have stayed longer in each lodge.
Melita was our guide during our safari and he was brilliant. He was full of knowledge on all animals we saw and credit to him for knowing his way around the parks and driving us safely wherever we went.
We also want to give praise to Daniel who gave us a briefing before and after the safari, we really appreciate him taking the time to come greet us and provide information and feedback. We thought this was a really good touch from the business to get feedback after the safari.
All in all I highly recommend Suricata for your safari experience we had the best time and hope to do this again in the future!

A fabulous Safari and Island Relaxation with Meijo Safaris
Overall we had the most amazing time.
Totally amazing experience, we would like to thank Daudi the director of Meijo Safaris for organizing the best safari for me and my family of 8 people it was one of the best holiday experience we have ever had in our entire life.
He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the hours he spent on the phone with me to go through what I wanted and explain his experiences. He advices us on which parks to visit and which accommodation.
The safari and beach organization was superb and awesome, we have nothing but praise to the whole team at Meijo Safaris Limited for taking care of us during the 21 days with them. Safari was by far the best element, we enjoyed, we saw each and every animal, we saw 10 times more than we had dreamt of.
Big shootout to our guide Mr Herman and Mr Michael for taking care of us during the safari and Mohammed at Zanzibar.
I noted that other visitors from this company that we met during the safari spoke well about Meijo Safaris and their Guides.
We are very much enjoyed their hospitality we felt very safe, well looked after and had many magical days which we will always treasure.
