Doing a safari through Ngorongoro and Serengeti with Epic Escapes was one of the best and incredible experiences that my family and I have ever had. The team did their best to make sure all our wishes and needs were met. We were able to see the Big Five in just a span of 2 days. The entire team was friendly and accommodating. We had two toddlers, but they still made sure that we had an unforgettable experience

My family of 5, including 3 children (aged 5 and under), entrusted our first safari experience to Prev and the entire tour exceeded our expectations. We booked a 12 day/11 night tour from Windhoek, Namibia, travelling through Etosha National Park and Sossuvlei (desert region), before moving on to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe where we ended our itinerary.
The booking process with PEA Tours was easy, with emails and WhatsApp used primarily to communicate. Prev was always very quick to reply and had no issues answering my hundreds of questions as a first-timer - no matter how big or small.
It was clear Prev had put a great deal of thought towards our family’s experience, from the tour vehicle selected to all of the accomodations. We knew we were in safe, capable hands as we’re transferred to and driven through the parks.
Prev is incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, landscapes and history of Namibia and Southern Africa. He is a very reliable and punctual person who is always up for a chat and laugh. Thank you again Prev and PEA Tours and Safaris. We can’t wait until we can make it back to Africa again

Hermosa Life Tours and Travel made sure we had a great experience from beginning to end.
We booked a weeklong adventure in Rwanda with Hermosa Life Tours and had a wonderful experience. Yvonne was friendly, helpful and very responsive, making sure the trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. From the beginning until we departed for Rwanda she made us confident everything was taken care of. Once we landed, Pacifique, our driver/guide, took over and continued to impress us. He was warm, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He did a fabulous job of answering our questions and sharing the history and culture of his country with us while getting us everywhere we needed to be safely and when we needed to be there. He was also very accommodating of any stops along the we way requested when time allowed. By the time we left we were in love with Rwanda and its people and felt like we had made a friend in Pacifique. We highly recommend Hermosa Life Tours, Yvonne and Pacifique.

We booked a 3 days safari tour in Masai Mara and our guide Moise was wonderful! Very experimented he was able to predict the animals trajectory and to position his car so that we can always take nice pictures which is not easy taken into account the number of vans ! Our
guide was highly passionated about his work, and at the end of each Day he brought us to wonderful place for the sunset. I made a safari in the past in South Africa but what we lived with Joky tour was simply magic!

Stress free, responsive and great tour.
We absolutely loved our safari experience with professional safaris's.
I initially actually planed a safari in kenya - i booked my own place, sorted my own guide etc. But when i realised the cost of park fee's is almost triple tanzania i changed over to tanzania.
We went with professional as it was recommended by a friend who had used the same guide company.
Edison was the one to organise the whole safari. He was very responsive, helpful and we even spoke over the phone initially to give him an idea of what we were looking for. They created multiple different safari plans with detailed catalogues with the details to compare the different packages.
They even booked our flight from arusha to zanzibar even though our safari ended at arusha.
We got what we asked for. A whole private safari 4x4 with driver. Our driver Faraji was amazing. He was so lovely, always smiling and so excited to show us the animals. Such a nice guide to be around. We were on our honeymoon and he gave us the space we needed. He has been in the bussiness for a long time (since 2009 i think but maybe longer) and knows the park so well as well as all the animals. We didnt even have ot buy binoculars because he has his own. He never let us cary our own bags. The car was cleaned by every morning and he allowed us to tailor the tour to our needs. Could not have been more pleased with our guide.
As for the parks, we started with lake manyara because it was closer to kilimanjaro airport and we didn't want to drive all the way to serengeti on the first day. We loved it, but in retrospect, maybe taragine would have been a better idea as we would have seen more and it was Faraji's favorite. But it was still nice.
Serengeti is amazing. We saw everything there but black rhino. We even did the balloon safari - expensive (we payed £425 or $550 per person) but it was amazing and a once in a lifetime experience - but if its out of budget or a stretch dont worry there is enough in serengeti to keep you excited). We did 2 nights in serengeti. One is enough if you are in a rush but nothing wrong with two. The last day was in ngorongoro which was our favorite - you wont see as many animals as in serengeti but it is beautiful - you really feel like you are in an animal documentary.
Overall we were very satisfied with our experience with Professional safaris and would recommend them.

The guide Venance is extremely professional.
The tour guide of this travel agency, Venance, is extremely professional, polite and responsible. This is a key factor that contributed to our positive experience during the trip; he did his best to solve problems and was very optimistic and enthusiastic. At the same time, we highly value punctuality, and Venance did a great job in this regard as well. He would always ask us what time we wanted to set off the next day and would depart on time every day. If you are planning a trip, you should definitely choose him as it would be a very good choice.
