Very competent and easygoing
The tour itself was very fun. We saw all the animals there were to see. Tsokio, our guide, was very reliable and made our experience a lot more fun. Stays at the hotel were very nice and most workers there were nice.

Well Organized Company
We spent 10 incredible days in Tanzania with Oldbeast Vacations and can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives—made even more special as it was part of our honeymoon!
From the very first inquiry to our final goodbye, the experience was seamless, personal, professional, and SO much fun. Mwanne was prompt, warm, and helpful in every communication—her responsiveness and thoroughness put us at ease and built excitement for what was to come.
Our time on Kilimanjaro was guided by Imran, who was informative, encouraging, and incredibly patient for each day of our hike. He made what could have felt daunting into something genuinely rewarding.
And then there was John—our guide, our teacher, and our friend. His joy and passion for what he does shone through every single day. He was not just accommodating—he was thoughtful, hilarious, and endlessly generous with his knowledge and energy. John made this trip truly unforgettable and timeless, and we feel so lucky to have spent our honeymoon with someone who made it feel so personal and magical.
We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara (including a night drive!), the Serengeti, the Ndutu Area, and the Ngorongoro Crater (where we were the first vehicle to enter!). The diversity of the landscape, the abundance of wildlife, and the breathtaking natural beauty blew us away. We saw all of the Big Five—many more than once!—as well as so many other animals we’d only dreamed of seeing.
Some highlights we’ll never forget: learning local phrases and customs, hearing about Tanzanian history and culture, a surreal hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti, and the sheer magic of sunrise across the crater floor.
We followed every single recommendation that Oldbeast Vacations made, and our experience far exceeded our already high expectations. They thought of everything, and it showed.
Tanzania now holds a very special place in our hearts—and that is entirely thanks to Oldbeast Vacations. We cannot recommend them enough and are already dreaming of our return

Well-organized, friendly and competent
We went for an 8 day safari with Kajie Safaris, visited Murchison, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale and Bwindi National Parks. The experience was amazing, everything was organized and executed very well. All the accommodations that were booked were stunning and beyond our expectations. The owner Ronald was actually our guide for the trip and did a great job showing us Uganda and telling us interesting facts about the country and different animals in the parks. Overall highly recommended!

Dream tour with guide Kelvin
The tour in Tanzania was well planned by Serengeti clarity, except that they made a mistake in booking number of passengers for the Ngorongoro conservation area where they booked for 4 instead of 6 and as a result we lost 120 minutes, waiting in the gate. The guide, Kelvin, was very good, dedicated and hard working and very knowledgeable about all the parks. He went extra miles by taking care of us and showing us animals. It was for him that our Tanzania trip became memorable and full of excitement.

Gorilla and chimp tracking in Uganda
I booked my gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and chimpanzee tracking in Kibale, Uganda, through Santaviva, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Although I was on a self-drive trip, the team at Santaviva provided me with full support from the moment I made the booking.
Mr. Ivan personally called me to walk me through all the available options and gave me a detailed, step-by-step explanation of what I needed to do. He made sure I had a complete list of the necessary documents to ensure a smooth check-in process for both tracking experiences.
What really stood out was their continued support during the trip. When we got a bit lost on the road, Ivan was just a call away and even helped us get proper directions. The team was always quick to respond—whether by email or phone—which gave me great peace of mind throughout the journey.
Santaviva is a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari or wildlife adventure in Uganda.

Great guide in-depth knowledge of animals
We spent a weekend (four people, Friday to Sunday) in Mikumi National Park, and everything related to the wildlife and overall park experience was fantastic. Our guide, Louis, was truly passionate about his work. He never rushed through the park or pressured us to move on quickly. We could sit quietly in one spot for up to 45 minutes, watching impalas, marabou storks, zebras, and gnus with the engine turned off, while Louis explained their mating and foraging behaviors in fascinating detail.
He showed us lions, elephants, bulls, and giraffes—all at the same relaxed pace, sharing a wealth of knowledge at every turn. It was also amazing to learn about the savanna’s plant life: trees that produce alcoholic fruit, trees with slick bark, towering baobabs, and much more.
Louis always found the perfect spots to observe wildlife without disturbing the animals or making us feel unsafe. He answered all our questions confidently, and when he didn’t know something, he openly admitted it—something we greatly appreciated. His humility and dedication stood out and made the experience truly special.
What I liked less—though it was still acceptable—was the communication with the manager of the local safari company. We were picked up at the Morogoro train station and sent off with someone we had never met, to a camp we hadn’t been told about in advance. The camp was quite basic: the air in the lodges was musty, and the food was average. This part of the service could definitely be improved.
That said, if you ask me whether I’d recommend Zapisa African Safaris—absolutely. They have fantastic guides who are knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely love what they do.

Brilliant experience led by a remarkable owner/guide: passion, knowledge, attention to detail
Lucas & his affable. skilled team made this experience a life highlight. Glamping at its best: comfy warm real beds, soft towels, hot water bottles at night, hot showers, tent ‘ensuite’ , creative & delicious food.
Botswana is the Garden of Eden for critters & Lucas’ knowledge & passion for wildlife was as non stop as the number of animals we saw. Add in humour, warmth, generousity of spirit …. what more can we say. Simply unforgettable !

No Hassle Experience
It started with an attempt to find the right safari that fits into the schedule and the budget. Working with Lydia was super smooth. All the right information at the right time. Helped get all my queries resolved. Transparency of the information. There were no surprises.
