Gorilla trekking in Rwanda is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I could not recommend this trip more. And Daphne and her team at Hirwa made it smooth, easy, and very comfortable. Do not hesitate to use them.
Daphne made the booking process easy. She was always quick to provide options and update an itinerary based on my changing needs. There are lots of ways to do this - from high end to moderate - and she can guide you through. The trip she put me on was amazing.
Vazquez (Dani) was a terrific guide throughout my journey. Easy to talk to. Kind. Responsible. Knowledgable. Respected by his peers at the National Park as well, which opened me up to extra opportunities- like driving with our trek guide to and from the trailhead and learning even more about Rwanda and gorillas.

Great value — basic but good
Great value for money! Walter was a great guide—knowledgeable, accommodating and very funny (in a distinctly deadpan way). He literally went out of his way to help us get closer to animals like lions and hyenas.
Lenchada camp, where I stayed, is basic but clean, sufficient, and family who run it are friendly. Communication from Jocky was good, staff were always on time. Evening and morning drives are the best (more animals are active), so make the most of those. Would’ve liked one more morning drive on final morning (in total 1.5 days’ of game drives). However, this was a great experience for the price and I recommend.

Exceptional

The trip of a lifetime thanks to Mali guide
This was by far the best experience of my life!
I chose a package of 4 days and 3 nights, exploring Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Parks.
It was my first Safari but I was lucky enough to see all the big 5...you can see so many spices of animals and birds...
I spent the 1st evening inside a beutiful Lodge, the 2nd and 3rd one in a tent camp.
Despite these one were less confortable than the Lodge, falling asleep under an amazing sky and with animal sounds, and waking up with zebras all around while the sun was rising, was a touching experience that I will never forget!
A shout-out to Mali, our guide, what an incredible man! He was kind, patience and wise; ready to embrace every request we had and aswering to all our questions.
He knows these parks by memory and one thing I really appreciated is the respect that all the guides have for each others and for the animals too, making sure that we understood what were the behaviours forbidden towards the animals.
I can't wait to do it again!

Very good value safari
I booked 6 days in Kruger through viva safaris. Such good value. I stayed in marc’s treehouse camp. The staff were fabulous. Meals were excellent. I had a lovely cabin with a comfortable bed and good hot water. I thoroughly enjoyed our safari drives - seeing fabulous wild animsls close up.

Amazing experience
Everything was perfect! The place we stayed at was great, and our tour operator, Mr. Hasan, was very kind and knowledgeable. He welcomed us at the airport, helped us settle into the hotel, and took great care of us throughout. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Extraordinary.
So, for my first safari in Kenya, it was a wonderful experience and an extraordinary discovery. I consider it a truly enriching personal journey.
Lake Nevacha is incredibly rich in flora and fauna, as are the animals all around it.
Lake Nakuro was a beautiful discovery, with its forests, lakes, and abundance of birds and wildlife.
Exploring the various parks and nature reserves was quite an accomplishment for me.
Discovering the Maasai culture during the Maa Festival was fantastic.
I will encourage my fellow Tunisians to have the same experience as soon as I return.

Safina was helpful before payment, but disappeared right after.
We booked a 4-day safari with African Tours Safari, and it was an unforgettable experience!
The service was impeccable, and we especially want to thank Danis, our cook throughout the trip. He took such great care of us, and the food was absolutely amazing! From breakfast to dinner, everything was provided — all homemade, even the bread. Every meal was a real delight!
As for Assad, our guide… what can we say? He was wonderful — kind, funny, attentive, and patient — an exceptional guide who truly made this experience magical.
We highly recommend this safari — go for it, you won’t regret it!
