We chose Ramesa for our 6-day safari trip (from Nairobi) after comparing five different operators, and ultimately decided on them based on their excellent communication and competitive pricing. Our contact person, Lincons, was responsive, clear, and helpful throughout the entire process.
The value for money was outstanding. We stayed in high-end lodges throughout the trip, yet the overall cost remained very competitive compared to other offers we had received.
Ramesa was also highly flexible with logistics, including pick-up locations and departure options.
During the safari itself, communication remained excellent, ensuring we always felt well taken care of.
A special mention goes to our guide, Moses, who was exceptional: knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. From what we observed, he was considerably better than the other guides we encountered along the way.

An exceptional safari
I recommend Madini africa. The guide is very pleasant smiling, funny. He gives a lot of information. He knows all the animals. He takes us to see the animals very closely. He chooses very beautiful hotels. He made us live a great experience, sleeping in a superb tent, dancing with the massai, going to a school to see the children. He puts stars in your eyes.

I had an amazing 4-day safari with Jocky Tours in the Masai Mara. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Communication was clear and fast, and the service was excellent. I have been waiting for this trip my whole life. Serengeti Smile exceeded all of my expectations. They responded promptly to our requests. We had one excellent customer service representative, Eliad, who worked so well we us and our changes. We arrived to be met by THE BEST GUIDE ON THE PLANET, Zack. You MUST ask for him. He found the Big Five for us and many, many other amazing animal encounters. His knowledge of the animals, terrains and country was extensive. And he was an amazing driver-through dust, mud, and fog. We felt so safe with him. We loved all of our accommodations. Glamping is all it is cracked up to be. The Tanzania people really GET hospitality. The staff at each stop were real professionals. So kind and fun. Ultimately the most incredible part of Serengeti Smile is the cost! Never thought I could afford such an incredible experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It couldn't have been better!
We did a well organized 4-days game drive to Masai Mara and lake Nakuru. Thousand thanks to our guide Aroni. He made it a perfect trip - careful driver (never got stuck in the mud), found the Big Five, well informed and patient with us. We're looking forward to have him with us again on our next journey by the end of this week.
