We made the reservation two months in advance and have been in contact with Carolyn all the time. She was extremely patient. She helped us find hotels, revised the plans, and solved every difficulty we encountered. Our guide Lee was also excellent, a very kind and caring person. Pallid Safari is a company worthy of trust！

Dont' recommend
We just returned from a trip organized through an agency in Spain with local guides from Akilanga, and I have to say it was disastrous due to the organization. We had buses of 50 people, and the guides were very unfriendly, especially in Johannesburg, and were not very helpful or helpful. For excursions, you had to get up early and spend an hour and a half picking up other guests from hotels, and the same thing happened on the way back, with the resulting waste of time. Furthermore, the excursions are very expensive for group trips. I was traveling with my family, and on one of them, my son didn't have a seat and had to sit in the guide's seat.
The tours are from the bus, leaving little time to take photos or explore.
I don't recommend it at all. It's much better, both for personalized attention, in smaller groups, and cheaper to book local excursions.

Amazing team from start to finish, communication on point! No question to much. They organised our whole holiday, safari and excursions! The guides were amazing, friendly and knowledgable! This company is amazing, highly recommend 😊

Leticia who helped me plan the trip and experience was brilliant and really helpful. Unfortunately i had to cancel my trip for personal reasons and she was understanding of that. Samson was great in helping with the booking cancellation. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go and I'll definitely be using Golden Trips Tanzania

From welcoming in the airport, till the end. Everything was at maximum rate! Take Rongai route + Mataruni waterfall. I don't like coffee, but even for me it was very interesting experience and performance) Thanks all guys (Joshua, Chesuda, Martin, Guinness, Emissy, Jonas, and of course Renga) {Sorry if I mistake the names writings (((} for my ascension, I don't know what results can be without you! After Jonas cooking in the route, the meal from 3* hotel was like Doshirak))) . For weather: I didn't normally see Kili!!! From landing in airport till departing!!! Every day was rain and fog!!! (01.01-07.01). At the same time She normally shows herself just from Moshi))) Tanzania is a Green Emerald in Africa. If I were You I take "Wings of Africa" to know it better! Successful climbs to everybody!
