A Trip of a Lifetime with Kiari Adventures
Kiari Adventures organized a trip for my brother’s wedding, bringing together a group of friends who had never been to Uganda before — and it truly became an unforgettable experience for every single one of us. From the very beginning, the itinerary was so clearly laid out that we always knew what to expect and could follow along with ease. This was our second Photographic tour with Shanjoy Tours and Safaris, and we will be back again, I am sure. We would not have came back again if our previous trip in 2024 had not been first class in every way.
Everything has been great, from the prompt and concise communications from Patrick and Beth in the Office, and the great service provided by Tour driver and Guide Patrick (P2)

Exceeded every possible expectation
From the moment we wanted to book the safari, the Kihindo team were very helpful answering all our questions and making us feel assured about the decision.
They picked us up from Dar es Salaam airport and as we were running a little late to catch the train, they did everything possible to make sure we get on the train. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. But once we reached the actual safari it went to the other level.
Our guide Saloniki created very comfortable environment and made sure we were on the same page, about what’s going to happen, from the beginning. As we read before that November isn’t the number one month to see all the animals, we had acknowledged that it may happen that we won’t be able to see all animals we would like. But Saloniki made that happen. He took us exactly to the animals we had wished to see for - lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos and all the antelopes, buffaloes.
Throughout the safari he always did like we had asked and took our wishes into account.
Once we arrived to our accommodation, the Camp Lilac, the staff welcomed us with arms wide open, singing and dancing to us. And the cabin is nice and the dinner is pretty romantic ;)
In conclusion the Kihindo team have exceeded our expectations and made this trip incredible. The biggest value we’d say are the people we’ve met during the safari.
