I had a great time
Actually I booked twice with Castro. First time Kilimanjaro + Safari and the second time Mount Meru + Safari.
My guide and the porters were all very nice, gentle and helpful... The communication in english was very good. Always as possible I use local business and this was a great choice. I got picked up at time in the airport and food was very good too. As photographer, you always need patience guides and the definitely helped me a lot to get good pictures!

8 day enchantment safari

Lucy was incredibly responsive and therefore so helpful to help in setting up our program.
I had an amazing feeling beforehand and it just became reality once we arrived and were welcomed by her and our guide Simon. We enjoyed the personal touch of also being able to meet up with her again at the end of our customized program. It was all perfectly timed by Simon who ensured that we saw all the wildlife and more that one family can imagine to see!
We saw the rhino in Lake Nakuru, especially many lions in Maasai Mara and more, biking and hiking in Hell's gate, Lake Navaisha; finished in Amboseli with the magestic Kilimandjaro and the elephants.
We felt very safe driving around and so well taken care of by the experienced and knowledgeable Simon.
It was a fabulous trip and we are so grateful to Serene safaris for the incredible experience!

3 Days Mara Safari with kids
At first i was skeptical about the budget accommodation as i was travelling with my 8 yrs twin girls.
Maggie was helpful as she assured me all is well with the Lenchada accommodation and through faith i took the offer.
I cant regret as the camp is very friendly and service is top notch . Thanks Maggie for that .
During the safari we saw all big 5 luckily and my kids were very happy as i also ensured they enjoyed a balloon ride. Bison safaris driver is well manered ,polite and above all knows the reserve really well on where to take us for best photos .

Wonderful guide, great with children
Communication before the safari was good. We made some adjustments to the itinerary and it was all successful. We had a slight issue with cash payment, as we paid in USD (as is common in Tanzania), and the administrator wasn't able to provide correct change. I would recommend to bring exact change!
We had a wonderful 4 days in Rufiji area, with Afra as our guide. We stayed in Rufiji River Camp which was excellent. Afra was patient, very knowledgeable about plants and animals, and his country. He also had obvious pride in his Land Cruiser, and always made sure it was clean, and well supplied with drinking water. We really do think we had a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and immediately recommended the same company and driver to our friends upon our return home, who booked straight away!

Great service ,Great vehicle and knowledgeable driver .
Was great as the park was not very busy thus we had a great time .
Kibo Safari Camp was very good and food is very very good also .

Fantastic Kenya Safari in 10 Days
Amazing is the word to describe our safari . We were 8 friends and after so much deliberation on what company to travel with ,we settled for Bison Safaris as they gave the most conclusive answers to our many questions .
We engaged with Maggie regarding the booking and at the end of it all w e had a super itinerary
Our driver Patrick gave it his best and we saw many many animals .
Though we stayed in budget accommodation we enjoyed the service of everything and very friendly staff,

It was definitely one of the greatest experience of our lives!
Kiliholidays is a great safari agency! they have been reliable and honest. The car was exactly how I expected, spacious and with the "lifting-roof", and the tour was organized only for the two of us. One of the best experiences of my life so far! The guide was really helpful and competent, it has been really easy to establish a good relationship with him. Everything went without any problem and we enjoyed the wildlife and landscape of this wonderful place. After the safari we also met the operator manager, Mack: a really good man! We would definitely repeat the safari sooner or later!

A great guide to Tanzania
This was my second trip with Tanzania Destination Safaris, and I totally enjoyed both! Emmanuel has arranged everything in an effective and comfortable manner, and managed to meet all requirements we've set. He's also provided us with a good guide and team for Kilimanjaro and for safari. I recommend him to anyone dreaming of visiting this amazing country!

Efficient reliable service
Our South African Safari went very smoothly - our thanks to the attentive, diligent service of Kathi Simon from African Welcome Safaris.
Everything was handled professionally and cordially from our first enquiries until arriving back
to our hotel in Johannesburg. All went so smoothly - flights and accommodation - and the information which was emailed to us with our tickets was relevant and significant. The aftermath of a cyclonic rain depression resulted in our party being accommodated at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge instead of Sabi Sabi Selati lodge. Kathi kept us constantly updated with regard to flights in and out of the reserve and the subsequent unavoidable alteration to our accommodation.
Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge was fantastic. The suites were impressive - the food and service very good - and the game drives and daily activities well organized. We got to see many animals up close and personal. A truly exciting and extraordinary experience.
