A unique experience
5/5

I participated in a four-day safari tour. Animals came close to the campsite, and when I woke up in the morning, I saw a large lion walking around. We visited three national parks and were able to see so many animals. We were able to get up close to the animals, and each one offered a different way to enjoy it, which was wonderful.
A chef accompanied us, so we had hot, delicious meals every day. My birthday was during the safari, so the chef surprised me by making me a cake to celebrate.
Safaris can be expensive, but Clerisa is much cheaper than other agents and I highly recommend it.

Amazing experice, unforgettable
5/5

This safari was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Day 1 – Serengeti: We were blown away by the incredible landscapes and the sheer number of animals we saw. Truly breathtaking scenery everywhere we looked.

Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater: An amazing day where we were lucky enough to see rhinos as well, which made the experience even more special.

Day 3 – Tarangire: Watching the sunrise surrounded by nature was magical, and seeing large groups of elephants so close was unforgettable.

In just three days, we managed to see everything and experience the very best of Tanzania’s wildlife. We were incredibly lucky to see all of the Big Five: lion, buffalo, elephant, rhino, and leopard.

A special mention goes to our guide Richard, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always made us feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience
5/5

Osman and Alfons welcomed us with open arms and wide smiles, giving us the opportunity to see a lot of what Tanzania has to offer. Teaching us about local wildlife, vegetation and culture. We were lucky enough to see a huge variety of animals when on safari, which will stay with us forever. The travel days also gave us the opportunity to see many local villages and their way of life. Throughout the whole trip we were able to stay at beautiful hotels with incredibly kind staff.
Thank you Osman, Alfons and everyone else who made this trip extra special! Asante sana!

Incredible!
5/5

We had an incredible two-day safari experience. Our driver and guide, Raymond, was excellent: very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, we were able to see all the animals; it was a completely successful safari.
The rest stop/lodge was spectacular, comfortable, and in a beautiful setting, which made the experience even better. I recommend this company 100%. I would definitely do it again.

An Unforgettable African Adventure – 5-Star Experience!
5/5

If you are looking for a seamless, breathtaking, and truly authentic safari experience in Kenya, look no further! From the very first contact to the final drop-off, everything was handled with world-class professionalism.

The Game Drives: Simply mind-blowing. Our guide was an absolute expert with a 'eagle eye' for spotting wildlife. We saw everything we dreamed of and more, all while learning so much about the ecosystem. The timing and pace of the drives were perfect, ensuring we were always at the right spot at the right moment.

The Camp: The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly integrated into nature. The staff at the camp made us feel really good, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere at night was magical.

The Logistics: Everything ran like clockwork, not a single worry. Even the small details (like helping us secure and print our SGR train tickets) were handled for us. It’s rare to find this level of care and reliability.. Highly recommended!

The boss of the savanna!!! 4x4 off-road vehicle
5/5

Our safari experience was simply incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, the great Raymond. He was an excellent driver, very punctual and always attentive. He explained everything with great enthusiasm, and you could genuinely tell that he wanted us to see as many animals as possible.

From the very first day he showed impressive leadership; he even moved quickly across the savannah so we could spot a leopard, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He made us feel safe, excited, and very well taken care of at all times. Without a doubt, a world-class experience that we will always remember. Highly recommended — truly the best driver in the whole wide world! ✨

Communicative and serviceminded
5/5

We went for a 2-day budget-safari with the highly experienced guide Newton. It was amazing! Pavillion Safaris was very easy to comunicate with before the departure, always answering whatsapp right away. They picked up us where we wished and we got droped of aswell were we wished for. We were 5 people traveling as a group and we reserved the jeep for us only. They met our needs and when we requested certain customizations of the program, there was no discussion. We got one afternoon and one morning gamedrive in Masai Mara and we saw so many different animals, I still cant belive it! Never would have belived that I would see lions, elephants, leopards, girafes, and so on (counted around 17 different animals) so close up! Our guide Newton knew a lot about the animals and the best spots in the park. The accomodation for sleeping was simple but comfortable (we love tents). Highly recomend Pavillion Safaris and highly recomend Newton as a guide !!!

Gerard was kind, informative, and reliable.
5/5

Gerard was our guide on this wonderful tour. He picked us up very early in the morning from Rwanda and drove us to Uganda to see the gorillas same day. He provided extremely comfortable neck pillows and we were able to sleep in the car nearly the entire drive. He was extremely reliable, had great communication, and was extremely knowledgeable about history of Rwanda. He was open to talking to us about everything we asked. The gorilla tour itself was wonderful. We were in a small group (about 6 of us total) with 2 guides. There was a group of trekkers from the company who went ahead of us to find where the gorillas would be so to make an easier time for us. Once we arrived with the gorillas, there were 4 professional trekkers there. We felt extremely safe as the staff was knowledgeable and seasoned. Overall, we trekked about 1-1.5 hours to find the gorillas, spend 1 hour with them, and hiked 1 hour back. Gerard was so amazing that he was flexible planning whatever we wanted to do. We drove through the towns in Uganda and Rwanda while learning about the history from him. We were particularly interested in visiting the Rwandan genocide Museum, which Gerard was able to make happen for us before closing. He even added a few extra stops to show us important historical sites throughout the city. The visa situation (coming from USA) was a breeze, as Gerard and Anna had prepared us for everything before hand, and it barely took any time to cross the border. Overall, I could not recommend this company more. The entire staff was extremely responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and showed us a wonderful and very safe time. We are so grateful and would highly recommend the service!
