We definitely recommend Magical Gorilla Adventures! They are very fast in responding and they arranged a very nice 3-day safari tour to Akagera National Park for us. Everything was taken care of! We had a great driver/guide Faustin and the lodges in Akagera NP were really fantastic!

Very reliable country
I travelled with Danakil Depression Tours and Travel in April and explored the North (Lalibela, Bahir Dar, Gondar) , South (Omo Valley), and Danakil region. I found Mickey always polite and responsive. He reacted and reorganised things quickly when flights got cancelled (out of his control) and respected by budget and planned accordingly. I recommend the company highly.

Do not book with them!
Lies and untrustworthy! We booked 11days safari including Kenya & Tanzania. They kept on changing the accomodation to cheaper ones and when we questioned them via phone/watsapp, 1st they lied, saying staff forgot to book, 2nd they said it was overbooked (we checked, it was not) and when we question them even harder, they went MIA on us. We had to pay for hotels at our expenses. Did not even bother to arrange a transport back from Arusha to Nairobi. The office location is a lie! We went there, it was different agency. We made police report on them. Came back home and found out they cheated another 2 different groups.

The tour was balanced. It integrated comfort with live cultural experiences. The accommodations were superlative, both in Arusha and in Zanzibar. The vehicles used for the Safari were modern and handled our sometimes bumpy terrain skillfully.

Evans, The Alpha
Our 7-day safari was nothing short of spectacular – an absolute 10 out of 10 experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five and so much more, with each day bringing new surprises and breathtaking encounters.
A huge part of what made this trip so special was our guide, Evans. I can honestly say he is the best guide I’ve ever met. Professional, calm, and knowledgeable, he made us feel safe and taken care of at all times. I nicknamed him The Alpha – not only because he’s tall and strong, but also because he seems to command respect everywhere we went. He knows nearly every other guide on the routes, often helping them out and coordinating smoothly. It truly felt like he runs the show.
What impressed me most was how Evans went the extra mile whenever things didn’t go exactly according to plan. His ability to adapt, think ahead, and still make sure we had the best possible experience was outstanding.
If you’re considering a safari, I cannot recommend this enough. Thanks to Evans, our trip was not only unforgettable, but also inspiring. We’ll carry these memories forever!

Mind-blowing 🎉
Our 4-day safari with Hekima Safaris was an amazing adventure from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. Each day brought something new—from spotting the Big Five to enjoying breathtaking landscapes in Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro.
The accommodations were comfortable, and spending a night in the middle of the savannah was an experience we’ll never forget. The meals were delicious, and everything was well organized, so we could just relax and enjoy every moment.
