It was good
We have 4 nights 5 days safari group tour with my 2 friends. Tour was good in overall. We took cost option 3 (mid-range hotels), it was enough for us. The bad sides were first and second hotel doesnt have wifi in room. Also there was no bum gan in second and third hotel. In 3th day we have free time after 3pm, in 4th day we have free time after 2pm in hotels. The program may be planned much more effective for time saving otherwise it will wasted many time. Program can be squezed to 3 nights 4 day easily. If you are 3-4 people, I would recommend private tour instead of group tour. So you can move more flexible

Beyond the parks, Anna took us to the Kigali Genocide Memorial and helped us to understand this difficult chapter in Rwanda's history. Gerard also took us to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Center, and a wonderful cultural center, each visit thoughtfully planned and deeply impactful.
What truly set EAST apart was how seamlessly they managed all hotels and meals throughout the trip. Every accommodation was excellent, every meal delicious, and every transition effortless. We never had to worry about a thing.
This was more than a tour—it was a beautifully curated journey organized by Anna who clearly loves her country and takes immense pride in sharing it with others. It was a fantastic experience to work with Peter on an itinerary that was more complete than other operators. Peter was super responsive with all questions and is an amazing tour operator, caring for his clients. The hotels were lovely, the driver Eric was a superb guide, and I’m lucky to have just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful country of Uganda. Peter even arranged the return of my gorilla certificate after I left it in the vehicle. Highly recommended!

Through Safari Booking I had been in touch smoothly to get information on how to book and how to plan a 4 days safari.
Allan and Mercy had been always aside me remotely in Italy for assistance and enquirements. In parricular, Mercy has followed every step of this experience from the very beginning, to the reservation, the on progress safari and to the conclusion. Her availability and patience have helped me a lot from abroad.
Our safari was private, so we had a jeep 4x4 all for us. Emmanuel was our driver/guide and has become one the best encounters in Tanzania: a person that can be very available and accomodating with people, very kind and very respectful. He is an excellent driver. He is friendly and was always prepared to answer to our question inherent animals.
The accomodation for our first night has been “Suricata Boma Lodge”, a very comfortable solution with an amazing view on lake Manyara.
During our second and third night we stayed in “Moyo Tented Camp” that has been our favorite one. Why? Because for two nights in a row you can stay inside Serengeti National Park; then you have a view on the area where dig digs and buffalos (to mention some) like to ruminate during the night and in the early morning; finally the staff of this camp is special and give you the opportunity to have dinner with your guide/driver. I think it is an important moment in which you can know better the person you are travelling with and you can share impressions about the day shared together. For me this aspect has been a plus (along with the quality of the food).
All the safari is very well organised, from the driving time, to the lunch time and the visit you will have in each site or park. We have previously asked to pick us up and drop us off at a specific guesthouse in Arusha along with a “special request” of having vegetarian meals since we do not eat meat or fish.
Again, thanks to Allan, Mercy and Emmanuel this memorable safari experience has been possible.

Perfect safari experience with excellent service
Our Tanzania safari was absolutely unforgettable, all thanks to this amazing company and our incredible guide, Nickson!
Nickson is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about wildlife. He has an outstanding eye for spotting animals—we saw lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and so much more, even the most elusive ones. He is also a safe, careful driver and always made sure we felt comfortable and secure.
The whole trip was well-organized, smooth, and worry-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better experience.

Unforgettable Family Safari
Our family, ranging from 7 to 70, had an unforgettable safari experience with two amazing guides in separate Land Cruisers. Shaban and his colleague were fantastic, both knowledgeable and attentive, making sure everyone was engaged and comfortable. With two vehicles, we had the perfect balance of personal space and the ability to share exciting wildlife sightings in real time. From lions to elephants, the animals were breathtaking up close. The service was exceptional, the lodges were stunning, and the meals were delicious. Wonderful
We relied on this agency, thanks to an Italian friend of mine who had already had experience with them and we were very, very happy with them. I booked in advance from Italy and paid a 50% deposit. I asked not to sleep in tents with sleeping bags, but I wanted more comfortable tents with a bathroom, and they accommodated all my requests with an excellent quote!
