We had a wonderful Safari- and beachtrip in Tanzania, very well organized by Makasa Tanzanian Safaris. We were welcomed at every station of arrival on time, all the transfers took place safe and correct – just perfectly planned! Our agent Zara was very helpful and patient – as we postponed the journey for one year she had to be flexible with us, which she really was... Thanks again, Zara!
Our competent and sympathetic driver Steve, who almost became a family member during the trip, made our adventure in the Serengeti unforgettable, a big thank you to him and Makasa, who has chosen very well for us. The places in Zanzibar (Stonetown and Paje) were perfect – we really liked Maru Maru Hotel in Stonetown and appreciated the uncomplicated and colorful location at the east cost in Mahali Hotel.
Just one hint: Arriving in Zanzibar travellers need a local health insurance, which we did'nt have. It was no problem to pay it at the airport (around 22 Dollars p.p.), but you save time organizing this before.
All in all: We highly recommend this agency and would book again with them for sure!

The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Mikumi park game drive day was so perfect, organized and the guide was so full of fruitful information.
then next day i went to hiking in Uluguru mountain up to Choma waterfalls it was total 4 hours hiking.
What was really incredible from their side that during my return through train from Morogoro to Dar es salaam, the train delayed with no information on its arrival time and i was supposed to have a flight in 8 hours so when i called them they rapidly sent a car to drive me back at night to dar es salaam to catch my flight.
The key is that they're organized so you'll do each activity in time with no time loss. thanks to Idris for that

The company still needs to refine a few things.
Communication was uncomplicated. The service from our driver was practically nonexistent. We're not even 20 anymore and would have appreciated more courtesy and assistance (ages 65 and 72). And planning for cash was a disaster. We were repeatedly told we didn't need cash, but everyone wanted tips in the hotels. The dollar bills weren't valid, and so we lost time constantly having to deal with such things. The car was incredibly dirty, both inside and out, which we found very unpleasant.
The tour was the usual one always offered in Uganda. The Nile tours are very beautiful. And the highlight, of course, are the gorillas, in a very well-organized park.

Value for money under promised over delivered with every detail of the trip. Would recommend and re book the trip again. 7 days of African Bliss . Food excellent, travel rough sand roads but so much to see that time flew by. Beautiful evenings at camp sites with amazing stories and the sounds of the Bush all around. Star gazing and awesome memories we did not want to say Goodbye ! Thank you again
