Collins is the best tour operator!
Colly was our tour guide. He was prompt, reliable and kept us safe and informed. I really feel like he did his best to make everything go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. He also was fun, kind, and felt like family! I was sad to say good-bye. Thank you for a great trip.

Muzbag Safari is the best
Muzbags Safari is superbly organized, with excellent drivers and guides. Even traveling alone as a woman is simply fantastic and highly recommended.

Awesome Experience!
My husband and I got to experience an amazing safari trip in Kenya.
The itinerary flowed smoothly, and the camps and lodges chosen met and sometimes exceeded our expectations.
Because the plane schedule from Kenya Airways changed suddenly, we lost a night at our final destination in Seychelles which was very disappointing and frustrating.
Maurice, our safari coordinator, was gracious enough to provide a substitute stay at a bed and breakfast high star hotel.
One of the first-class tent resorts that we stayed at included Little River Camp which was ideal for honeymooners with an emphasis on personal attention to you as a visitor.
Because there were so many moving parts regarding our stay in different tents and hotels, we were anxious in determining what was next on the agenda.
In spite of the time difference between Washington DC and Kenya, Maurice always answered the phone at all hours to answer our questions and he did it without complaint or showing the frustration that he must've surely felt.
Even during our stay when we were confused about what was the next event, Maurice in his usual calm way assured and guided us along the way of the event without hesitation or frustration.
We got to experience nature in action with a lioness hunting and feeding her cubs which is something very few people get to witness!
Tony, our safari driver was the perfect guide—very thoughtful, skilled, and very attentive of our safari surroundings.
With him we saw the big famous big 5.
He always had snacks and drinks on hand, along with his silly humor, which definitely added to the experience.
And he even took us to take a dip in the Buffalo Spring which was an unexpected bonus.
We got to converse with Maasai warriors in their village and visit their homes where they explained to us their way of life, the daily tasks and what it took to become a warrior.
We saw cheetahs hunting for their prey up close and personal.
In addition, several times we saw lions. One lion was in the high grass hiding from a group of gazelles as he watched their movements.
In another case we pulled up with 1 foot of pride of 7 lions leisurely relaxing after a kill. This was very scary because we were as close to them to become their next meal if they so chose to.
We fed an elephant from the back of our tent as we watched a group of monkeys called the Monkey Menace steal some of the food from the elephant.
Our trip ended up in Seychelles at a 5 star resort where the amenities were first class in every respect at the Kempinski.

Incredible experience from start to finish – well organized, reliable, and truly memorable!
We booked a 6-day safari with Splendid Vacations covering Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara, and had an absolutely amazing experience. Our driver Julius was the heart of the trip — kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the start, he showed his deep experience: in Amboseli, he guided us to a cheetah family, and we were the only ones there to witness it! Throughout the tour, he adapted to our pace and made us feel completely at ease — whether it was letting us rest quietly during long drives or sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and landscapes. We ended up seeing every animal we’d hoped for, often up close. Communication and planning with the company was smooth and professional, and everything was handled seamlessly. We had the best time and would absolutely recommend Splendid Vacations to anyone looking for a personal, expertly guided safari.

Professional and reliable tour
Kafu Safaris was professional and reliable. Deo kept me updated every step of the way from beginning of the booking to the end of the tour, dropping me off at my hotel. I had a fantastic time visiting the mountain gorillas in Uganda. Deo picked me up in Kigali, Rwanda and drove me to the Uganda border to spend the day and evening at a beautiful Lodge with fantastic views from my room. Then he took me to the gorilla trekking and connected me with a gorilla guide and porter. He then safely drove me back to Kigali.

Everything about this tour was fantastic. From the moment we were picked up, Bernard was supportive, informative and caring. The entire trip from start to end was great. Bernard went above and beyond to make sure everybody in our group had a good time and the trip exceeded our expectation.

Our tour operator was thorough, informative, and efficient
John was very good at communicating via email of any questions with regards to details with the safari.
He was also very helpful when our luggage was lost at airport to find a way to still do the safari and not miss out on anything and yet come back to the airport to get our luggage.
Our driver and tour guide Dan was efficient, informative, passionate about his job, went above and beyond to make sure we got to see as much of the animals as we possibly could.
He also made the safari itself smooth and relaxing. He bought complimentary water bottles for us and when we ran out of shillings, he helped pay for the tips until we got to an ATM to pay back. He was very kind and his English was overall easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend Dan as your tour guide and driver for there is nothing on this trip I feel like we missed out on because of his knowledge, efficiency, hospitality, and excellent communication.

astonishing experience
We really enjoyed the safari, especially Ngorongoro. We saw almost all of the Big Five, except for the leopard. We did see a rhino, though from a distance, and several prides of lions. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience.
In Tarangire, we were hoping to see more lions, but only managed to spot them from afar. On the bright side, we saw lots of elephants and zebras. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see a leopard or a cheetah, but maybe next time we’ll go to Serengeti.
Baraka was a great guide — he shared lots of interesting stories, was cheerful, and very friendly.

Super!
First time to South Africa and went to sea with Safaris op maat. Liska arranged everything well. Everything is clearly described in the book that we received in advance. Beautiful locations, always reachable, great holiday, super arranged. Holiday is also really tailor-made and there is personal contact during the trip. We met Liska in St Lucia. Safaris op maat is definitely recommended.
